Best App to get you close with all kind of music events around the world, specially working a lot in Europe and USA, hopefully we can have it full for Mex. I had to deal with an specific issue and had the pleasure to get a really nice customer care, always friendly, great follow up, kindness, professional and knowledgeable service. I do not want your app just give me ticket.
They sold me a ticket for Club Space on Sunday Dec 8, but gave me a ticket for Monday Dec 9. I asked for a refund and showed screenshots as proof, and they refused to issue a refund or even show interest in their broken application. Very scammy behavior.
Cannot transfer tickets to friend. Option does not show up. Not sure if it’s iPhone, the venue, or the app. Unusable
