Obligatoriamente tienes que descargar la aplicación y registrarte para ver tus entradas. No te permite descargarlas ni compartirlas. Puedes transferir una entrada si tu acompañante o amiga está registrada en la aplicación y es tu amiga en ella… más sencillo mandarme las entradas en el mail de confirmación y que me las pueda añadir a la cartera o wallet. No es compatible con wallet. No me gusta nada.

Think twice before getting a ticket, in any gocen situation there is NO refound possible. Only if tickets are sold out, still they will just give a portion back to sell it after at spot price. No QR code, No PFD tickets, reselling in any plataform is impossible. Even asking to get credits to buy a ticket in the future (not a refound) is not possible neither. Really Sucks.

Veo a gente poner malas reseñas sobre la manera de que no puedes activar las entradas hasta 2 horas antes y de que tienes que registrarte para tenerlas, pues yo estoy encantada con eso, te dan la seguridad de que nadie las va a duplicar ni te las van a robar y con lo de registrarse es genial porque si se las compras a un usuario sabes que tienen todos sus datos por si te estafa, ese metodo es de 10 asi que DICE no lo cambies nunca❤️

Las opciones que ofrecen desde la plataforma no me satisfacen. Es la segunda vez que tengo que perderme un evento que he pagado previamente por un problema de salud mental demostrable y voy a perder el dinero, porque no me lo devuelve la App de DICE, ni su plataforma. Tienen un sistema muy estricto de devolución y canjeo de entradas. Si no puedes ir por los escasos motivos que ofrecen, pierdes el dinero
Me daré de baja definitivamente de DICE y agregaré mis respectivas reseñas. No somos máquinas señores, somos personas.

Esta aplicación puede confundir mucho a la hora de comprar tus entradas . Si te descuidas compras sin querer comprar y lo dan por hecho . La atención al cliente no te ayuda en nada ni comprende la equivocación que puede generar el teclado y la propia aplicación si no eres un joven acostumbrado a la pantalla telefónica. No se la recomiendo a nadie.
