Lost 20 euros because of the technical error

I would try to avoid their service as much as I can

Why the return to waiting list button is always inactive? This is a scam!!!

Aweful No way to resell tickets

Horrible app that does not allow you to resell tickets. They offer a “return to queue” service which is supposed to let others buy the ticket from you. However when no potential buyers are in the queue, this functionality is disabled. The tickets are not visible in the app until a few hours before the actual event which means you as a ticket holder can’t access the tickets and resell them on other platforms. It creates a lock in effect. Now I’m stuck with 3 tickets worth € 800 and unable to resell them, even for a discounted price. Stay away!!!

Missed out

Thanks to the apps malfunction I wasn’t able to by tickets within the 1 hour time slot I had. This was caused by the app not registering the card details I was adding. Tried buying them through the website but that didnt work either😡

Completely unreliable service

The Ride live stream crashed and no information came out to the paying audience from Dice

Love using DICE! Finding new cool upcoming artists, turning a otherwise bland Monday to a rather fab one with the access to free gigs as well as getting the already big names without service charge!
