Could not buy tickets abroed
Getracking is blocking, also when ticket only is selected. I was blocked and could not buy tickets as system always checks location even it is my duty to be on site on the date selected.
Pathetic
To get your tickets they force you to download their app. Send me my tickets by mail and get lost, I don’t need another useless app on my phone… where are we heading to?! Jeez…
Avoid this scam
Useless if you are on the waiting list. Was on the Waiting List and got a notification that the tickets are available (I was so happy about it) for the next 1 hour. So I went on to buy them but then the app conveniently stopped working, I tried different methods of buying, even restarted the phone, tried on another iphone, tried the website but it ‘s not supported so the tickets probably being offered to multiple users at the same time. There is also no 24/7 support to handle such issues so you are left missing out if you encounter any problems. Don’t recommend
No refunds or option to resell tickets
I couldn’t resell my tickets because of a family incident and the event organizer blocked the option to resell. Horrible platform and not communicative nor sympathetic l

Useless and complicated way to get a concert ticket… I will remove this app from my phone as soon as I can do it.
