Doesn’t work
I can not login. It asks to type phone number for sanding me code, but no code. Tried many times. The same issue on website. I can not but tickets, it asks me a code but nothing happens, no code. And be sure, I know my phone number
Sms issue
Same problem as mentioned below. Sms is not coming. The article says you can choose between sms, call and email. The app has only the sms option. Why can’t it be done via email? Last time I tried contacting support they didn’t understand the problem. This time they will probably answer when it’s too late.

I’ve experienced issue with ticket ordering and Dice support team assisted me outstandingly and in timely manner. The event is very important for us to attend and considering distance we have to travel, coordination and arrangements are crucial. Thanks for assistance and support!
