This site suddenly tries to force me to use ApplePay and I will not.

The way forwards

What a great way to remove touts. The idea that I can return my tickets to the waiting list when I can’t go is an excellent one. Everyone wins except the touts who are fleecing the industry.

Really good support service

Being a wheelchair user, I’m frequently asked for proof of eligibility when I purchase accessible tickets for gigs. I’m always happy to provide this information. Dice access team provide really quick responses to my emails and ticket related queries. Highly recommend this app.

Non existent customer service

Asked them to edit info, said they’re too busy 😂😂😂

False advertising, zero for customer service

Spotify took me to this app, as next to the artist I follow it said there will be his concert. I got excited, bought tickets. Then apparently DICE just had wrong artist listed as performer! Haven’t responded to my messages about it. So basically spent money on a random gig, because DICE failed to list correct artist.

Rubbish

Absolutely rubbish. Obstructive, intrusive & clearly a tracker. Extremely obnoxious for venues & artists to use this service. Won’t get confirmed ticket until 2 hours before show…. What happens in urban / crowded service black hole? Rubbish.

LOVE

I never rate apps, let alone go out of my to do so by actively finding where I can (rather than just say "rate now" when the box pops up), but this app deserves it. What an effing sick app this, so many dead sound features. Love it. Thanks!!!
