### ***-- "Brilliant app but reselling policy is too rigid"
I love this app, it’s easy and fluid, but selling your tickets on the day of an event you can’t go to anymore is a big problem. Selling is easier if you decide days before but if you wait till the day of it’s risky and you can easily lose money. To discourage scalping you can only sell the ticket through dice app waiting list, so you don’t get an email of the ticket in pdf. I respect this idea a lot as I hate scalpers but the window to sell your ticket before an event starts closes way too early. It’s often several hours before doors even open and sometimes arbitrarily over a day or two before. Each venue and seemingly each event has its own cut off time and apparently Dice has no say in extending the resale window. 

Each person on the waitlist gets 60’ to decide to buy a ticket. I think this should be reduced to 30’ for long waitlisted events bc it’s too lenient and doesn’t help the ticket holder. I don’t see why the resale window can’t be open until 9pm, when most gigs start. If the waitlist closes you can’t even access your ticket to sell elsewhere for original price or below market value. You can still send to a friend after window closes but that’s it. The pool of dice users isn’t great enough to rely only on someone buying it from the waitlist and some waitlists are way longer than others and there’s no way of knowing this. The window to sell tends to be better for late night dance events but overall this policy is way too inflexible.

I hope Dice can negotiate with venues to extend resale windows because i love this app and just want this issue to be tweaked a bit. If they fix this, then dice becomes by far the best ticket app in the world.

I deleted the account with them. I didn’t receive the ticket after I purchased it on the website. Was told to download the app. This is the only way to get the ticket I paid for. No respect towards people with special needs.

Complete joke you get 20mins to reserve the ticket. No warning whatsoever no time schedule. They send you a text or email at any time asif you don’t have anything else to do. I’ve missed a ticket twice one was at night and I was asleep, the second was when I was at work. Absolute complete rubbish way to purchase a ticket. They need to narrow down the time they send a message, some rough idea of when the ticket will be offered out so can be more ready to claim it. It’s so frustrating. 
20 minutes is not long enough. A message at anytime of day is not good enough. The two together makes it almost impossible to retrieve the ticket

My experience with DICE's customer support was deeply disappointing. After purchasing tickets for the Snow Strippers show, the venue and time were changed. Additionally, I had originally purchased 2 tickets but only received 1 ticket for the new venue. When I requested a refund due to these material changes in the product offering, DICE's support team refused to process it, claiming the event was 'off sale.' Despite explaining my consumer rights regarding the significant changes to the original purchase (venue change, timing change, and reduction in number of tickets), their support team remained unhelpful and inflexible. Their responses were formulaic and failed to address the specific issues raised. I would caution other customers about buying tickets through DICE, as they seem unwilling to provide refunds even when they've materially altered the product after purchase.

They reschedule events without email, app or text notification. And when you asking them a refund they will ignore your emails. (People reporting the same thing on trustpilot) had to refund money through my bank, otherwise it wouldn’t be possible to get money back. Please be aware and avoid buying from them any tickets.

I thought I made mistake with my tickets and was in a bit of a panic plus it was late at night. I dropped a message to the guys and by the time I woke up the following morning they’d already sorted me out.  They reassured me that my tickets were all good. Really impressed by how good and how fast the service was.
