Absolutely incredible service from these guys. They dealt with a very sensitive ticket transfer issue due to a dear friend passing awsy and were completely exemplary in their service and decorum. Additionally- on another query, answer within a couple of hours and problem solved after one email. Just great!

Sends unwanted push notifications advertising random events in cities I don’t even live in. Was only forced to use this app one time because a concert used it. No way to opt out so deleted. Hate that you are forced to signup then get endless marketing. Should be banned. It’s a clear misuse of data.

The least infuriating ticketing app/experience I’ve had.

Recently bought accessible tickets on Alan Walker through DICE, my first time of doing this The app was so easy to use Mark was my support agent and every question I had for him was answered on the same day. He was very helpful sending links through with all the relevant information for the venue and I am confident that we will have an amazing time. I would definitely use DICE again.

Recently had an operation & wont be recovered enough for the festival I’ve had a ticket for (bought a year ago). Amazing service from Dice as they were able to assist me and roll my ticket over to next year. Thanks so much Mark!!

You cant sell your tickets on or get a refund if you cant go to an event. So many better platforms to use, Dice told me to give my tickets away. You cant even download them to put them on any kind of ticket resell. Going back to using RA.

Looks great, works perfectly, fully transparent pricing and lightning customer service. Makes the other firms feel like they're still on dial up.
