DICE is one of the best apps to check for music events and it’s always up-to-date and keeping you posted. I have been using it for over 3 years and it’s one of the best things ever when it comes to finding a place to dance or listen to some good music.🪩🕺🏾💃

Including myself and guest they over sold the event and refuse to refund costs associated . I could have stayed at pride and saved myself $150 your choise

I purchased two tickets as I was directed to this app to purchase. When I got to the door I could not use the QR code from this app. I was refused at the door to use the tickets I purchased. They wanted for me to pay $20 at the door. Contacted DICE and responded due to their policy since I activated the QR code and the event wasn’t cancelled I cannot get a refund. So basically I got scammed from events that post thru this app.

Waitlist function does not work. Listed an extra ticket on the waitlist for a sold out event. Ticket went unsold for a high demand event while multiple people remained on the waitlist without opportunity to buy extra ticket. Dice cheats the buyer out of opportunity to sell or even gift ticket to those on the waitlist and cheats those who are on the waitlist out of the opportunity to attend a sold out event while extra tickets go unused. We even tested the function out. My husband had an extra ticket and listed it on the waitlist. I joined the waitlist. His ticket went unsold while I never moved off the waitlist. At the event he met several people who had friends also on the waitlist that were unable to get a ticket. Meanwhile the response below received by Dice doesn’t address the issue or rating. Nice check the box reply, Dice bot.

I purchased tickets for an event of some of my favorite artists. Showed up to the venue and none of the staff knew about the event. I spoke to customer service at Dice and they continued to say they will look into. I never received a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Cannot get tickets. Phone often has no service. I want paper tickets

This is not a real company it’s someone in a basement sitting at a computer and customer service is nonexistent. They still haven’t given me a refund for a show that was canceled three years ago. Buy your tickets somewhere else. This is a scam.
