I purchased 2 tickets for Boiler Room LA through Dice to see DJ Mustard. When the lineup changed, Dice failed to notify me properly and then imposed a hidden refund deadline that wasn’t in the original terms. My refund request, submitted on time, was ignored. The event hasn’t even happened yet, but Dice refuses to help. Terrible customer support and shady handling of lineup changes.

I had tickets to a Gryffin concert and they rescheduled the date of the concert. It said if you can't attend the rescheduled date, just request a refund. When requesting one, the customer service representatives were extremely slow to respond and unhelpful. They did not give me a refund which is false advertising because I requested one way over 24 hours in advanced and they said they would. They said there's no possible way to get me a refund and they were extremely useless.

I had purchased a ticket for a concert the moment they went live, two days later I get a notification saying I’ve been refunded, even though the show wasn’t canceled or rescheduled, so I email Customer support and haven’t received an email or any sort of help for the past 4 days and was put on a waitlist, this really makes this first time experience “pleasant”

Considering that here were a lot of people who couldn’t get to the Queen Herby Concert on Friday September 29th, I was surprised that there were no notifications about available tickets. I just wish that there would be a secondary notification that says you have five minutes remaining of ticket availability… Thanks Dice! PS - Some people are not used to the triple figure ticket prices for Standing Room Only Venue Concerts!

Whenever you start a ticket sale, please send out a notification that tickets are selling at an unusually fast rate and interested parties should consider grabbing tickets as soon as possible. 

Also, when y’all raise price tiers you should give a day’s advance notification that said tier is rapidly approaching!
