Total waste of time. I deleted and redownloaded several times, same result. -- TJBanks13, 2025-01-04 ### *---- "The ABSOLUTE WORST APP EVER" I wish I could give less than one star because one whole star is far too generous. Downloaded this app multiple times and it had no interactive options just a carousel of ad screens telling my how great the app is. What a loser! -- Gjumpr007, 2024-12-23 ### *---- "Don’t" Deleted the app and them as a contact i still had $100 food credits i didn't cash in. Was literally cussed out for calling on the app malfunctioning, wasn’t letting me place a pick up order. Not a big deal. Called to place it, myself, and was literally cussed out for bothering him, and said he wasnt microsoft, and said to not call again. I won’t. Deleted the app and them as a contact. I frequently have food delivered….djs , qdoba, on the border, jets,….and generously tip…..disappointed with this place. Food is good….if you arent treated like literal dirt trying to place your order -- BenbosC32, 2024-12-03 ### *---- "Food is fine, but……" An unexplained and not optional recycle fee? I’m out. I will decide who I donate to, not you. YOU can donate YOUR money to whatever cause you wish. This is my last order. -- lklarson, 2024-12-02 ### ****- "Works well except with bigger fonts" Nice app but doesn’t support larger fonts (although it tries to). With a larger font selected you can’t actually exit the intro screen. -- raremage, 2024-11-26 ### **--- "Frustrating" This app has at least two problems. I was surprised to find that some menu items are not on it. The worse problem is that it is frustrating every time I try to use it! Today it would not confirm the credit card so I tried a different credit card. A large red window came up with a lot of words in it. I don’t know what they were because the window was only open for a second and then it closed! I tried to redeem a sandwich instead and was told items could not be added because the order was paid!! I went to my order history and found that the order was there even though it did not confirm it! I have similar problems every time. I am about ready to delete the app from my phone! -- rick1420, 2024-11-25 ### *---- "Can't get past welcome screen" There is no button to close the welcome tutorial. I can't even get in to see what this app does. -- canuck008, 2024-11-25 ### *---- "Horrible app" Shows four screens that tell user to order at dickeys.com. Deleting app and using website. -- Fugaboo1999, 2024-11-24 ### **--- "Stolen Rewards" I had accumulated enough reward points to get a meal. I redeemed them, and when I went to order, the app glitches out and tells me I can’t order anything, so I cancelled the order I went to use the redeemed item it had disappeared. -- Ssatisfyy, 2024-11-22 ### *---- "Not working" Had to order online. This app is not working -- Nenee802, 2024-11-22 [View all Dickey's Barbecue Pit reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Dickey's Barbecue Pit Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/dickeys-barbecue-pit-AaFc/united-states) - [Croatia](https://apptail.io/app/dickeys-barbecue-pit-AaFc/croatia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
