Die App löscht neuerdings Diktate, die man dann nicht mehr findet. Das ist perfide. dabei war die App mal klasse.

Sobald das Handy in Standby geht, wird ein geöffnetes Diktat in den Entwurfordner verschoben. Dort kann es dann nicht mehr aufgerufen werden, da sie App dann immer abstürzt und sich selbst schließt. Seit Ewigkeiten kein Update mehr. Katastrophal

Die App ist unausgereift, unkomfortabel und hat keine intuitive Bedienungsführung.

Es ist nicht klar, wie ein Anbieter professioneller Anwaltssoftware ein solch schlechtes Ergebnis abliefern kann. Handelsübliche, wenn auch nicht kostenlose Diktiergeräte im App-Store bieten wesentlich mehr Komfort und Überblick beim Diktat. Vollkommen unberücksichtigt wurde gelassen, dass man gelegentlich auch privat etwas diktieren möchte oder aber einfach nur ein Gespräch aufzeichnen. Das Markieren von Textstellen, dass Einfügen, Verschieben oder auch Löschen von Teilen innerhalb des Diktats sind vollkommen unübersichtlich.

Nicht klar ist, wo Diktate gespeichert sind und wie mit diesen innerhalb des Geräts verfahren werden kann. Von aus verschiedenen Gründen notwendigen verschiedenen Dateiformaten und kBit-Raten des Diktats einmal abgesehen. Eine Bedienungsanleitung scheint außerdem zu fehlen.

Zurück ans Werk! An den Nutzer herangehen und gegebenenfalls Konkurrenzprodukte ansehen!

Die App hat bei mir 8 Monate problemlos funktioniert, ich war begeistert. Seit ca.  einem halben Jahr ist es Glückssache, ob ein Diktat ankommt. Support kaum erreichbar. Auch die Neuinstallation hat nicht zur Besserung geführt. Schade!!!

seit dem Update vom 31.8. mit dem Verbindungsprobleme mit Mailanbietern gelöst werden sollten ist kein Versand von diktaten mehr möglich.

Nach Update kein Versand von Diktaten möglich. Postausgang generiert konstant Fehlermeldung, obwohl Test der Servereinstellungen (wiederholt) erfolgreich abgeschlossen wird. Sehr ärgerlich, vor allem bei Kanzleiabwesenheit.
Im Postausgang vorhandene Diktate können nicht gelöscht werden, erscheinen immer wieder.

An sich eine gute App, die sich ordentlich in den Workflow integriert. Aber:

1) Die Wischgesten müssen abschaltbar sein! Zu oft versende ich versehentlich ein unfertiges Diktat, da ich mal wieder falsch den Bildschirm berühre! Der Button zum Senden reicht. Ggf. sollte man ihn auch doppelt drücken müssen!

2) Die App ist teils sehr langsam und das auf dem iPhone X. Es liegt also sicher an der App, das muss nicht sein. 

3) Einmal eingegebene Vermerke zum Diktat lassen sich nicht mehr ändern. 

4) Die Übertragung per WLAN ist auch bei gutem Netzwerk eine Glückssache. Oft stürzt die App ab. Das sollte zuverlässiger sein. 

5) Zur Mail-Übertragung wäre es bei langen Diktaten schön, wenn die Mails gesplittet werden könnten. Zwar habe ich 70MB Mail-Limit, das wird aber manchmal knapp!
