It's a great online dictionary, covering multiple sources and even multiple languages. It has offline function, but judging from the size of the offline package, it should be less satisfying. However it doesn't concern me, because I'm not often working offline. 

Its GUI is improving as well, along with its ease of use. And now, it has become my most frequently used mobile dictionary.
