I suggest to didi if you don’t have money to pay drivers then should be sit down in your house please don’t compilation with Uber . I did work with didi on 31/12/2024 and after work I did initiate withdrawal from didi account and I never got a single dollar in my bank account and I did work 1/1/2025 and I did whole night work with didi without a single minute sleep and end of 13 hours I did again withdraw and I did not get any money in my account and then next I did call to didi support and they blamed on my bank account but bank said they did not receive any amount from didi and then again call to didi support they said it’s my fault. So you are showing rules and policy very clearly for drivers . No any single rule apply on the didi . If you say that you paying money in few minutes then you should pay it to drivers in a minute otherwise should write if any ones doing work with didi, they are getting money next 6 business days that’s it. With rules and policies.

In my life I don’t think I’ve experienced worst customer service as it turns out they don’t have any customer.A company that relies on Facebook and Instagram as their main point of contact isn’t a real point of service. I left my phone in the taxi but there is no way to contact DIdi at all. I am going to the police. Even there emergency hotline isn’t maned.

No option to contact customer service and they do not respond to disputes raised. One of my ride started without me boarding and they charged me extra even though it was rider’s mistake. Also rates are ridiculously higher than Uber.

Their customer service is non existent even through the webpage they suggest everyone to go to, their emails aren't monitored anymore, their phone lines are down and you can't contact them, their in app customer support is just FAQ's. They have a non existent refund policy.

The only time this is good is when a driver actually accepts your ride. I booked a ride to the airport from home, had one driver accept and then cancel 5 mins out, I then let it search for another 5 mins and no one accepted so I cancelled  and booked an uber instead. They have sent me an email with a $17.62 charge for a driver having showed up and then cancelled because I didn't show up apparently (at my own house). The driver never showed up and that's because I cancelled the ride. I have been trying to request a refund but can't find any support through the app without their automated system telling me that's not what happened. I can't find any help online as in any current valid contact credentials that actually work and I keep being referred back to the in app support which doesn't work either.

Horrible experience and even worse customer service, unless something actually gets sorted out I'm seriously considering never using this service again.

I book a trip for less than $40 but found out at the end of the trip of charge more than $70 instead. Customer Service is so bad to respond and playing a trick to ask me pay extra and they will refund it later. Huh… NEVER EVER!!! 

Sound cheap at first, but u will find out u paying way more expensive at the end of the trip. Save your trouble from using this app.
So many bad and dodgy driver too.

This is the most disgraceful and hopeless car share application that exists. firstly, half the time you order one they end up taking 3 times longer than what it says they will and end up driving in the opposite direction. it’s as if they’re drunk and can’t read the maps. speaking of drunk, i had a didi driver openly admit to being drunk whilst driving me and my friends home. once we got him to stop the car, i quickly hopped out, and as i was going to open the back door for my friends to get out, he locked them in. not sure if you know this, but that’s entrapment! i had to get extremely aggressive to get this absolutely disgusting excuse for a human to let my friends out of the car. he drove off, and we still got charged, even thought he drove us 20 minutes in the OPPOSITE DIRECTION. taking us north from where we were instead of the anticipated south east. i hate this app. it scares me to get in a didi. i hate every didi driver, they stink and can’t drive.
