Huge waste of time. Why can’t this app just give me a reasonable price and get me a ride. I don’t want to waste my time setting a fare. I don’t know who your riders are but they are clearly not people who need to get places quickly.
Trash. The drivers dont bother accepting the rides. We’ve been waiting for 30 minutes in downtown Brisbane and nothing. What a joke
The first two rides were great!! Now it only allows me to pay cash. I’m in Colombia. The savings over Uber are minimal and I’ll stick with them. Customer service literally did NOT deal with me and called it resolved.
The app says to download Didi China but it doesn’t have didi china. Why can’t I use this app like locals in China? Any suggestion?

the drivers always cancel sometimes after leaving you to wait for either a short or long time in some cases making me late for appointments use uber or try any other ride share app unless you enjoy wasting your time
Ordered something , two hours later the order was cancelled because there wasn’t a driver. Couldn’t get thru to support either. Use Uber or Rappi, these apps work and have proper support. Don’t waste your time like I did.
You can’t rely on this app to get a ride. You’ll frequently be waiting a long time to get a driver. And then when you get one, the estimated time is nowhere close to reality. On top of that, drivers will often cancel your ride after you’ve been waiting a while to pick someone up on the street. And while Didi charges you if you cancel, not so when the driver bails on you. Every driver has a 5.0 rating, which you know just isn’t true. And lastly, credit card payments often just stop working for no reason.
