Vuelvo a uber
Desde que pusieron la opción de dar un precio la aplicación se ha vuelto un asco! Los choferes ya no aceptan viajes con los precios en didi, solo aceptan cuando ofreces precios de casi mas del 50% del base. Definitivamente vuelvo a uber
Cobro Pendiente
Me están cobrando $1000 que no corresponden , conductor aprovechador . Imposible efectuar este reclamo con DiDi , su aplicación no da la opción ni cuentan con un mail o teléfono para reclamar este tipo de cosas . Uber si lo tiene . Falso que DiDi es seguro …. Este hecho lo demuestra ya q efectúan cargos sin opción a reclamos.
Decepcionada
Nunca, de todo el tiempo que llevo usando la app me había pasado tan a menudo que el cobro aumentara como un 50% adicional a lo informado inicialmente Ayer pedí un auto y la información inicial decía cerca de 5000 al final me cobraron 7000 y algo Hoy misma situación la tarifa inicial decía 4 mil y algo y al final me está cobrando más de 6 mil Lo encuentro de mal gusto y similar a información o publicidad engañosa Más encima me dicen te hicimos un descuento de $800 🤦🏻♀️

Al principio bien, pero a estas alturas horrible, malos autos, los conductores casi nunca coinciden, no es realista con los tiempos de espera, cero recomendable!!
Nuneracion
La aplicación no reconoce la numeración solo marca la ubicación por tanto hay veces que hay que cruzar a mitad de una calle transitada para llegar al auto.
Mala la cha
Pedi un viaje y salia 1860 y cuando me cobra el conductor me salió 2810 nakver la wea
Tarifa de cancelación
Es injusto que el conductor no llega nunca, por urgencia no puedo esperar más y al cancelar el viaje igualmente me cobran la tarifa de cancelación, pésimo.
Lado de la calle
Basura de aplicación, tienen un software tan malo, que no detecta en que vereda de la calle uno está y en calles anchas cruzar es imposible. Chantas!
Conductores didi
Se hacen de rogar, te aceptan y luego cancelan un asco
