Atención al cliente
El servicio de atención al cliente cuando necesitas ayuda, no sirve para nada. Tienen mal servicio en cuanto atención al cliente
Excelente
Pero tiene que quietarle la maña que tienen los choferes de ustedes que cada vez que sale un viaje de 150 quiere 200 y 250 y si no se lo dan se enojan y hasta reportan a uno como cliente o tumban el viaje como que el pasajero nunca llegó y creo que eso no está mal porque aveces uno anda con lo de pagar el taxi y no tiene para dale más

Los conductores son torpes mal educados aparte casi nunca aparecen tiene uno que esperar muchísimo de verdad no entiendo como aparece con tanta estrellas esta app si cuando entras a los comentarios son solo malos y ninguno da 5 estrellas🤥🤥🤥 jabladores

Con la nueva actualización, los conductores están cobrando mas de la tarifa que debería ser.

Tienen que tener cuidado con vincular sus tarjetas al pago, hay muchos conductores ladrones, que inician el vieje y te cambian el monto
Problemas con solicitudes
La app me muestra los viajes cancelados, en una ocasión completé el viaje y reflejaba la solicitud de viaje duplicada. Los viajes solicitados en tarjeta les indica a los conductores que serán en efectivo.
Fiasco
Definitivamente odio esta app, los conductores siempre tratan de engañarte y cuando no se presentan pues cancelan y te cobran por cancelar
