Me quieren cobrar más 0,50ctvs y se me va aunmentando estoy decepcionada no hay ni explicación de como utilizar la aplicación malísima

Los conductores son delincuentes
En Ecuador todos y cada uno de los choferes son una tarea de delincuentes y violadores!! DiDi debería hacer algo como por ejemplo pedir récord policial. Como empresa DiDi es un asco!!
El valor inicial no es el mismo que cuando cobran
Te sale un valor inicial y al final el conductor te cobra otro valor que le aparece en la plataforma
me robaron
pedí un didi con mi tarjeta y el viaje eran $10.50, al minuto lo cancelé porque ya no lo necesitaba (aun ni tenía conductor asignado) y didi me cobro los $10.50 de mi tarjeta, luego me realizaron tres cobros más, cada uno de $10.50, y si yo no me daba cuanta me seguían cobrando, la única solución que tuve fue quitar mi tarjeta de la aplicación para que me dejen de seguir cobrando $10.50 a cada rato. Luego de haberme cobrado 4 veces el viaje que nunca hice (es decir $42) me llegaron solo dos mensajes de que entre 2-15 me llegarían 10.50 por los cobros del viaje que no realice. Fui a mi banco y me dijeron que ellos no pueden hacer nada y nunca me devolvieron mis $42 ni tampoco los $21 que en la aplicación me dijeron que me devolverían. Pésimo servicio
Pésimo servicio al cliente
Me gustaba usar DiDi hasta que me robaron la cuenta y no supieron ayudarme. Sus respuestas fueron nulas y no me dieron solución. Y según ellos, me ayudaron con mi solicitud, no lo hicieron y demoraron días en responder. Nunca más usaré DiDi.
Conductores aprovechados
Los conductores constantemente cuando te subes al carro te cancelan en la cara, o fingen que se cancela para ya no tener que hacer el viaje porque “está muy lejos” o porque no quieren que pagues con tarjeta y quieren efectivo/transferencia. No ha pasado una vez sino múltiples veces y Me parece una falta de respeto que te hagan esperar para luego cancelarte cuando estés dentro del carro. La aplicación debería poner alguna clase de multa a los conductores así como lo hace con los pasajeros que cancelan a ultima hora.
Opción de encomienda
Saludos en la app para ecuador la opción de encomienda en moto no aparece, ni la opción restaurante simplemente el menú de a donde vamos y el mapa, pero a pesar de eso buen servicio mande encomienda como si fuera carrera

Aplicación asquerosa y ladrona. Siempre te modifica los precios ya con el viaje iniciado. 4 dólares por un viaje de 3 cuadras. Ladrones asquerosos
