Bad app not professional drivers
I suffered from a bad accident during the trip, the driver didn’t deliver me to my location, I had to complete the trip by myself , after that I wrote a complaint in the app , no caring no refund money ! Hell !

Take care as trips value is deducted more than one time from the card registered in the app with no notice, i’ve faced such problem with no help
Disgusting
First it’s those stupid discounts, You rise the freaking price before you apply the discount so it still adds up at the end to the same amount lol. Second, the amount of times my friends were looking at weirdly and rudely and/treated rudely is seriously concerning. Just because they are women the drivers are sexually harassing them and you never listen to the complains you never choose the drivers well nor do you stop the drivers who did wrong from working with you and we all heard about the 15 year old boy who was almost raped and i am pretty sure if they didn’t get him under custody right then, then you wouldn’t have done anything about it nor would you have listened, last year i had broken my femur on an accident(no that’s not the part that’s because of you) but i had to use you daily unfortunately, the number of driver whom i told to get closer to the gate i am standing in front and i explain the fact that i can’t walk far and they still refuse or decide to cancel the trip all together is really laughable. Another incident when i was on a ride with my mother and younger brother and he didn’t even ask for permission to go to the gas station, even if it was an emergency he should have said that he is sorry for the inconvenience for example. Lastly, most of the cars (over 90%) are freaking beat down, and drivers either flat out refuse to open the ac or they say it is broken. I don’t think you’ll ever change your ways nor will you read any complaint but you will lose enough money that you’ll finally open your eyes and see the wrong things you did and still doing
Worst ride hailing app!
Captains refused to pick me with my mom because she is old with wheel chair!!!! He was so rude and impolite !!!! He even didn’t cancel the trip but kept it on like i didn't come and charged me with cancelation cost!!!! How come ??? I complained but nothing happened!! Even there was no available number to contact customer service for any help during trip! What if it’s something urgent!? Poor app

Why every time i use didi i have to wait for a long time to get an acceptance from a driver or maybe not you need to fix this problem quickly

Always high fair and bad drivers (Thief’s) and no discount’s all are fake
Complain about a driver from didi and how they are irresponsible at all
As i had a previous experience from a trip here in egypt as the driver took more money from me than was expected because he was supposed to take 45 egp so i gave him a 100 egp and he said he didn’t have enough money to give me change so i gave him exactly the 45 then he didnt returned the 100 egp While trying to find a compromise to what was happening with me as there was no contact number to call didi’s support so it really a useless help from their side in such cases and also i am not able to reach our to the driver really thank u for not being helpful at all !!!!
