The masters of cancelling trips 2min before the pick up time. Drivers work for more than one company and because Didi pay them less, they cancel on you if another ride shows up. Unreliable service.

The most unreliable and a complete waste of time trying to find a ride as the keep you waiting and then cancel or drive away. Want to support Didi but shows drivers routes that are incorrect or too long to get to riders, drivers have driven past me and cancelled at the last minute and the app feels untrustworthy. Uber is unfortunately more reliable. No way to contact customer support. Really wanted to give bts feedback rather than here. Good luck people!

We tried to order a ride from an airport, and were given a driver 5 mins away. We watched him drive around for 30 mins - clearly taking other people around. He finally messaged to say he was on his way, and then cancelled seconds later. We got another ride with a different driver who rang about 15 mins after he was due to arrive to say he didn’t have room for three people and told me to cancel it. I did not do this as I figured I would most likely be charged, and after quite a bit of argument from the driver, he agreed to cancel it from his end. More than an hour after starting to order a ride, we left and got an Uber.

They always say that there are rides available then when you request a ride and they take the money out of your account all of a sudden THERE are NO RIDES AVAILABLE! They take money out of your account and they don’t refund you anything so your money will disappear to god knows who!

So don’t download this app coz this company just ain’t it SERIOUSLY save your money guys and DONT download this scam app ever!!

I have booked the ride with this DiDi app today at 11 pm and I’ve been waiting at my pickup destination for about 30 minutes in this cold weather, and I’ve literally been waiting for the ride patiently. I got a voucher for 10$ from this so called app and I wanted to use it as it’s expiring tomorrow. When I booked it literally showed me that my fare is 0$ as the voucher covers it. But their highly rated drivers have cancelled my ride not just 1 but two so I didn’t want to wait after that and I cancelled it and went home. But guess what they’ve sent some driver 5 minutes after I left that place and also they’ve literally robbed me. They have deducted 0.20$ for the rides they themself cancelled and also they deducted 7$ from my bank account for the ride which was supposed to be free anyways. This is the most worst app ever and I strongly recommend everyone not to  ever use this app ever.
