Your ride is just a few taps away in Egypt, Australia, Japan and selected countries of Latin America through our DiDi Rider app, offered by the world’s leading on-demand transportation network.

To use our service in Brazil, please download the ‘99’ app in the App Store.
To use DiDi in China, please download the ‘DiDi-Greater China’ app in the App Store (the Chinese mainland / Hong Kong SAR).

Requesting a trip is simple:

1. Download the app and follow the instructions to create an account.
2. To request a trip, select your pickup and dropoff locations.
3. Once we’ve found a driver, you’ll be shown the driver and vehicle information. Please note: all our driver-partners are vetted before joining our platform. You can also check the driver’s pickup route and estimated time of arrival (ETA).
4. At the end of your trip, pay hassle-free using your preferred payment method directly in the app.
5. Safety first! Take a minute to learn how to set Trusted Contacts, use the Emergency Button or share your ride status using our in-app Safety Toolkit.

Can not verify my Singapore mobile number It is 8 digit but it says Phone number is incorrect. The Country code above is set as Singapore +65

Fist step doesn’t work

First step to verify your foreigner mobile number doesn’t work. How something so basic doesn’t work !!!!

can’t book a ride

I waited very long to get my booking accepted but I still can’t get a ride. Didi please help me.

Such a rip off! DON’T INSTALL!

I used this app for the first time in Sydney, the fair was 39 AUD and the driver claimed he can apply some promo code to get me further 15 AUD discount. After the ride I got my invoice and realized I was charged 70 AUD instead!! I tried to contact them but they would say they can’t find my account! They had no problem with my account when deducting 70 dollars!😒Any way they stopped answering my emails and I didn’t get my money back. Had the same issue with Uber once, it got resolved in 10 minutes and I got a refund immediately!

Waited for 45 minutes for taxi to not show up

Did not clarify cancellation fee, I waited 45 minutes and the taxi is stuck at one place for 5-10 minutes. Unprofessional driver, unhelpful app. Do not use.

Can’t add credit card details

Keeps saying system is busy even after testing it on 4 different cards . Fix your issues!
