These people have NO work. None. I don’t know why they are still advertising. Expect nothing.

I thoughtlessly downloaded this app because I saw an ad on Craigslist for people starting their own business. I’ve had this app for several weeks with not a single “lead”, always saying the jobs have been taken in my area. I’ve requested through their “chat” to have my account deleted, but they have not responded at all. This is a worthless app that may even have crucial information vulnerable! I highly suggest not using this app.

I Applied to be a DIem pro.After entering all information you are prompted to wepay to setup payment info then the app just stalls out. This apps seems to be full of glitches.There seems to be an influx of these type of apps and most of them do not function or are not worth the time.As a handyman pro I recommend going elsewhere!

Honestly I was really looking forward to this I was even inviting others to join on the app and all after a difficult job 5 days later still no payments and I am being blamed with someone else’s mistakes still pending on payments guess we will wait another 7 days for 150$ … who knows…

Well I’ve had a few issues with the app I don’t know really if it’s me or if it’s the app but A big difference is that I’ve been able to deal with a human being not just an FAQ and the people that I’ve dealt with or person I’m not sure how many have a great attitude and are extremely efficient very polite and have resolved everyone of my issues and in very timely fashion I am extremely pleased and it is very refreshing to be able to deal with a human being other apps are horrible for that everything is go to the FAQ go to the FAQ and that doesn’t resolve anythingDefinitely their customer service is AAA

It has been 2 weeks and 1 day since I completed a job and I still have not been paid. I keep getting told “there was a glitch, this never happens, your issue has been escalated, & I’m waiting for my team to respond.” Can not get a human, much less a supervisor on the phone. Work for them at your own risk, or to fill community service hours bc you won’t get paid.
