### ***-- "Good but can’t adapt"
This is a good app and the meal quality/ideas are good.
There are some things I think it could do with. Such as showing a breakdown of the nutritional value in each product in the meal (approximately) / being able to edit the meal should you want to. ie plain protein being used, how many more carbs would it be for a flavoured protein I already have. You cant adjust the recipes to what you have available. 
Be good to be able to make up some meals yourself and enter the info in etc.

Stupidly I signed up for a year not realising how restrictive the app is - and the “join the community”, when I asked for technical help the reply email said it is non-existent due to lack of support so really a con. That needs to be taken out of the advertising as it’s a fraudulent claim I was taken in by.

The good point is the fab recipes (hence the one star) however you are restricted to auto generated “meal plans” and it’s a huge faff to pre-plan a week’s menus using your own choice of dishes. Adding individual foods or your own recipes is impossible, I requested support to see if I could do it and the email I received back totally ignored that question. My gut feeling is this is just an AI managed app - and charging expensively for the privilege!

It’s easy to log and track health parameters. (hence the second star)

Overall I’m hugely disappointed, it’s just a recipe database with little functionality as as a food diary.

I am going to request a refund … let’s see how honourable they are.

### *---- "Allergies beware"
You can set food preferences in your profile. But when you search recipes, it completely ignores them. And you can only filter to INCLUDE food types, not to exclude them. So there’s no way to search for recipes that don’t have dairy in them. Time consuming opening them all up to find out they’re based on mascarpone or heavy whipping cream or something hard to emulate without dairy and on a Keto diet. Waste of time and money.
