We don’t count calories. We don’t weigh our portions. We do something very different: we STOP and LOOK and take a picture of every bite BEFORE we eat it. Believe it or not, there have been studies that have found that the act of taking a picture before you take a bite is more effective than simply keeping a written journal.*  Already following a particular plan? dietSNAPS works with every program: from Paleo and Keto to DASH and 5:2, from Weight Watchers to Jenny Craig, to simply just eating clean, dietSNAPS works with you and the way you eat.  We hear everyday from the dietSNAPS community about how easy it is to use and how thrilled they are that they can FINALLY stick to keeping a journal. We look forward to hearing from you too.  DESCRIPTION:  • The easiest way to track your diet on the iPhone  • Use your camera to visually keep track of what you eat, drink, your exercise and more  • Email your dietSNAPS log to your nutritionist, personal trainer, doctor or diet buddy  • Export your log via .CSV and view your log (no photos) in Excel or other spreadsheet software  • Create PDF reports of your log USE dietSNAPS TO:  • Track your diet to help you lose weight  • Share your dietSNAPS photos on Facebook and Twitter  • Track your exercise • Keep track of food allergies and intolerances  • Monitor your IBS symptoms  • Keep a photographic journal of your culinary adventures ~ Bon Appétit! • Use the journal function to write how your day was, how you were feeling and how your diet was impacted  USER REVIEWS:  “This is the first diet tracker that I’ve been able to stick with for more than a few days!” by lillith99 (5 Stars) “I’m using it to keep track of my blood sugars and my food intake. It's not complicated and keeps me on track. Whenever I've gained a few pounds, I start with the app again, and I can no longer tell myself that it was just an extra bite here or there because I have the pictures to prove otherwise. -- Fake Fred, 2025-03-31 ### ***** "Must have" Must have app!!!! Living with severe allergies and food sensitivities this app is a life saver. -- Abenmaier, 2017-03-20 ### ***** "Slimmer by the minute" I never have time to write down what I ate when I'm out. This is a great way to keep true to my plan and my diet partner. Thank you for the great idea! Thanks for updating. -- Spring36, 2017-02-08 ### ***** "This App Rocks!!!" I love how simple and easy this app is- so easy to make a habit! Highly recommended! -- Bindylee12, 2017-02-06 ### ****- "Easy track of your diet" I like the app. It is simple to use. It makes me easy to write a food diary. However, the app often does not properly function with "Take a photo" option. It gets a bit annoying.. wish this crash was fixed, and the app was operating more stable. -- ForeheadJJIM, 2015-04-07 [View all dietSNAPS reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## dietSNAPS Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Paid | South Africa | Health Fitness | #49 | | Top Paid | Singapore | Health Fitness | #128 | | Top Paid | New Zealand | Health Fitness | #137 | | Top Paid | Lebanon | Health Fitness | #156 | | Top Paid | Canada | Health Fitness | #171 | | Top Paid | Peru | Health Fitness | #175 | | Top Paid | India | Health Fitness | #185 | | Top Paid | Argentina | Health Fitness | #200 | | Top Paid | Thailand | Health Fitness | #201 | | Top Paid | Hong Kong SAR China | Health Fitness | #203 | | Top Paid | Malaysia | Health Fitness | #214 | | Top Paid | United Kingdom | Health Fitness | #232 | | Top Paid | Australia | Health Fitness | #240 | ## Apps Similar to dietSNAPS - [Fitness 1o1 Gym](https://apptail.io/app/fitness-1o1-gym-DYob/united-states) - [Moxiam](https://apptail.io/app/moxiam-VZQc/united-states) - [MindGlow Lite](https://apptail.io/app/mindglow-lite-NMke/united-states) - [Pitt CMU iTM](https://apptail.io/app/pitt-cmu-itm-fADl/united-states) - [TWDFit](https://apptail.io/app/twdfit-Glum/united-states) - [Valcare Tabata and HIIT Timer](https://apptail.io/app/valcare-tabata-and-hiit-timer-qjrn/united-states) - [U Fit Studio](https://apptail.io/app/u-fit-studio-zQvn/united-states) - [Paige - The Last Food Fight](https://apptail.io/app/paige-the-last-food-fight-WIco/united-states) - [CrossFit Encompass](https://apptail.io/app/crossfit-encompass-muSp/united-states) - [IceBuddy: Cold Plunge Tracker](https://apptail.io/app/icebuddy-cold-plunge-tracker-oNFq/united-states) ## dietSNAPS Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/dietsnaps-PChe/united-states) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/dietsnaps-PChe/australia) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/dietsnaps-PChe/united-kingdom) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/dietsnaps-PChe/south-africa) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/dietsnaps-PChe/lebanon) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/dietsnaps-PChe/new-zealand) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/dietsnaps-PChe/canada) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/dietsnaps-PChe/switzerland) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/dietsnaps-PChe/brazil) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
