Through Digger, you create a profile, selecting skills & capabilities from an extensive standardized drop-down list which is aligned to the needs of the corporate DIGGER has been pre-populated with mining industry specific job titles, commodities, operations, qualifications, universities, Technikons, and professional memberships. Each of these sections has its own experience selector to show years of experience in each field. This makes it very easy to create a detailed profile. Your DIGGER profile information includes technical background, qualifications, a photo, a personality test, as well as relevant documentation attached to your profile. DIGGER offers a secure place to store your documentation, like your ID, Qualifications, Certificates etc… Once you have been notified of a potential vacancy, you can view the vacancy and the marketing video of the mine, as well as the mine surrounding area video for additional information.
