Very Bad and liar bank

I had open a account on 0 balance but now 3 year later they tell 10000 rs minimum balance required.. bank deduct my balance without warning…also customer care is not supporting…they tell all the information like “Rattu Tota” Very bad experience of mine…also atm is very less.. Very bad exp

Monthly maintenance charges

First i open the zero balance account and they automatically update it and tell me to maintain 5000 and now thay do it again and update it to 10000. Now they are charing around 400 to 500 to me auto debit .fraud bank

Worst marketing

They have hired a bunch of Gandu marketing team who keeps on spamming once yiu sign up through their app

Crap update

This app stopped me from accessing my account after the recent update. Always says can’t launch security module. Thinking of closing all relationships. Frustrating!!

Username issue

Trying to create a new account it always keep saying username is already taken, not sure what the issue is seems app is broken.

Convenient to use.

Trust me , DBS is the worst bank just dont open your account in this poop bank.

Not able to open an account

When I am trying to open an account and whatever username is give it is saying it’s been taken

Lacks OTP/ PIN authorisation

OTP authorisations or mobile banking pin should be must to avoid credentials compromise or unauthorised device access.

Need major changes in ui.

Every other banking app is changing their interface to look more appealing, im a dbs customer for over a decade now but ui is so outdated ever since i started using it its the same.
