DBS bank doesn’t allowed to download up to date statement, even all other banks are providing the up to date statements to their customers, but DBS bank is not allowing it, I called customer care support to get latest up to date statement as my one payment is pending, I’m unable to proved it that the payment has not yet received, DBS customer service is very worst ever seen, not helping to customers, not giving latest statements its like a bank features and functionality is 10 years back. Highly recommend that not to open DBS bank account, if your payment will stuck somewhere they will not help you with up to date statement.
