Photo sync not working in background for IOS My App Version 2.7.3

Some bugs but principally a good product. but whats more important is the timing of the solution. Especially for the MSMEs of India, this is a brilliant solution with the right pricing for India.

The service is not functional. Please don't waste time to buy the service. You end up paying for the service but they will not create your account. Never imagined such a low grade digital service exist.

App started crashing with the recent update. Unable to access the files.

I have tried your website and it is good compared to your app. Your app is pathetic and not sure how it is crossing quality assurance team and coming into production. I appreciate your dedication that you want to build an Indian cloud space for users but quality is also important on the other side of coin.

I’m a premium customer and I’m not able to open my folder in IOS. Fix this issue first

Unable to access from my iPhone, this is not working from past 3 years, I waited this long thinking that they will fix but nope.

Can't work with files. Moving files to different folders and organising them is a pain. You have to do it individually. Great pricing but won't recommend yet to anyone to use.

I uploaded a bunch of photos and videos. I am unable to see the photo when clicking on the file name & no thumbnail is showing. Video is working fine.

Will you ever fix your app bugs? I hope the developer knows about it but still you people are not doing anything to clear the bugs. I guess the the software developer is himself a bug maybe.
