DigiLocker is a key initiative under Digital India, the Government of India's flagship program aimed at transforming India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. Targeted at the idea of paperless governance, DigiLocker is a platform for issuance and verification of documents & certificates in a digital way, thus eliminating the use of physical documents. Modi and his MPs like to brag about Digital India. Make the apps work constantly first. Not just when you’ve to brag it for international events but make it working 24 * 7 for convenience to the Citizens of India and NRIs. Look at the apps developed by western countries that has instant support options and look at Modi’s so called Digital India app whose “Help” section also says “Forbidden Access”.
