I am also getting 403 forbidden and all the KYC are not achievable. please do something about it.

Getting 403 Forbidden error (Canada location)
Hi , I am getting 403 forbidden errror when trying to access digi locker account . All the kyc are currently blocked due to this issue . Kindly check on this and do the needful .
403 Forbidden Access
Modi and his MPs like to brag about Digital India. Make the apps work constantly first. Not just when you’ve to brag it for international events but make it working 24 * 7 for convenience to the Citizens of India and NRIs. Look at the apps developed by western countries that has instant support options and look at Modi’s so called Digital India app whose “Help” section also says “Forbidden Access”.

Bug loaded app
Paste function doesn’t work at most of the places. Ad within app shows “download the app for better result”. Otp is not generated most of the time. Login into app is a problem.

While trying to generate password app ask the date of birth and after clicking next page references automatically and mentions dob is incorrect.
Ease of Fetching a Document
I am not been able to fetch my B.Tech ECE Degree, 10th/12th & birth Certificates etc. (E.g.: B.Tech University: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU, Dwarka, New Delhi)) on Digilocker/Umang App, Kindly help me by working with MHRD (Department of Higher Education), Government of National Capital Territory, Delhi & Municipal Corporation of Delhi. Previously finding difficulties to Map/Connect/Synchronise both DigiLocker & Umang App. I am exteremly dis-satisfied with the services being provided by the govt. (non-appreciable). Kindly raise the concern with the Government of National Capital Territory, Delhi & Municipal Corporation of Delhi. Here the new document uploading feature is fantastic. :) Warm Regards Mayank Bhardwaj
Not a reliable app
Even after having every-things online try to carry original also because as the app gets logout when not in use for few days which creates a problem when required
