I purchased Digilux system but continue facing problem and finally they agreed to change the panel but it took more than 1 month and 4 times person visited with different panel but still issue not resolved. They don’t have manpower to attend call and I am still suffering. Too many follow up done but I don’t know when it will be resolved. So I will give minus star for this product

Worst app after installation it’s been 8 months but every 15th day the app crashes

Trust me this is the best system I have got to my home. It works really smooth and it’s completely worth for money. The support is also excellent.

Bought this for my entire house. The app does not work on ios. Always shows as device unavailable on alexa devices. The ir on the panel is not being detected and to top it all, the team simply does not care to reply to mails. Has the worst customer service, and i would suggest not to waste your money.
