Digital Detox helps you push back by creating intentional boundaries around your apps, your time, and your habits. Instead of fighting constant distraction, you choose when and how to disconnect. Many users think of this as a modern dopamine detox. Lower your cortisol in the mornings. Not eliminating technology, but reducing the constant stimulation that fragments attention. Whether you want to block problem apps, schedule recurring breaks, or run a quick focus session, Digital Detox gives you practical tools to stay present, stay unplugged, and regain control. Fix your relationship with your phone Whether you want to block problem apps, schedule recurring breaks, or run a quick focus session, Digital Detox gives you practical tools to stay present, stay unplugged, and regain control. Block What Distracts You Most Digital Detox lets you select the apps that cause the most distraction and temporarily block them, for one sec or for seven days. This targeted approach helps you avoid mindless scrolling, reduce screen time, and prevent digital overload without locking you out of your entire phone. This kind of phone detox is flexible by design. You stay reachable while still protecting your focus. Many people use Digital Detox to clear space, reduce noise, and avoid the kind of brain rot that comes from endless feeds. The result is a calmer, more focused experience that supports real life instead of interrupting it. ---- Flexible Detoxes That Fit Real Life Set up detoxes that match your routine: - Run quick detoxes when you need immediate focus - Schedule detoxes in advance for workdays, weekends, or evenings - Create recurring schedules so breaks happen automatically - Run multiple detoxes at once, up to 19 active or scheduled periods When a detox is active, a detox lock keeps boundaries in place so you don’t have to rely on willpower alone. This flexibility makes it easier to refocus throughout the day and build habits that last. You are not forced into a single rigid system. You choose what works. ---- Build Healthier Habits Over Time Digital Detox is not about willpower alone. It is about structure. The Detox Ladder Challenge encourages gradual progress by rewarding longer and more consistent detoxes. Over time, you build roots instead of relying on short bursts of motivation. Many users describe this process as a sustainable dopamine detox that fits into real life rather than fighting against it. Users often report feeling more grounded, more present, and less reactive after sticking with a consistent routine. ---- Designed for Calm, Not Guilt Digital Detox avoids shame and pressure. There are no constant alerts, no streak anxiety, and no punishment loops. The app is designed to help you unplug, reset, and focus with clarity while reaching your zen state. If your goal is freedom from constant checking, space to think clearly, or simply being present again, this app supports that direction. ---- A Better Relationship with Your Phone Digital Detox helps you: Reduce screen time naturally Stay focused during work or study Be present with family and friends Create space for rest, creativity, and clarity And all it takes is one sec ---- You do not need to eliminate your phone. You just need better boundaries. Digital Detox helps you create them. It still manages to prevent me from uninstalling anything though -- Rosarot161, 2025-06-19 ### ***-- "Won’t move past app selection" I have had this app in the past and it has been a lot of help, but now when I select the apps that I want to keep unblocked the app doesn’t let me go further and says “category selection is not available for selected applications”. -- DJ-XL, 2025-05-09 ### ***-- "Great idea but no schedules" I love the idea that you can’t just bypass the block session and you have to pay. This could’ve been the best screentime limiting app I have on my phone. However, you can’t schedule sessions. I don’t need my apps to be blocked for 24 hours or two weeks straight??? I just need them to be blocked for certain hours of the day so I don’t procrastinate any work i’m trying to get done. Like if i had the option to block apps from 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm (and other specified times) that would be amazing. Again, I absolutely love the idea and how strict the app is but I can’t use it, and if you’re looking for an app with scheduled blocking this isn’t one unfortunately. -- pearllocket, 2025-04-23 ### ****- "Effective" The graphs and numbers on the home page are effective in seeing how each second adds up to an unproductive day. The badges are also useful. I wish there were more badges because they are really motivating. If I clear the detox history it ends up reloading anyways. Also the whitelisting doesn’t work. I can bypass that another way. -- alanafig, 2025-03-20 ### ****- "Really good" Very helpful -- Appreciate.plss, 2025-01-18 ### *---- "Can’t start" Just installed the app and I can’t seem to begin the 5 minute detox. It got stuck and doesn’t move forward. -- Linhevn, 2024-09-29 ### ***** "Completed 2 so far" Have completed two 24 hour detoxes so far. No issues -- PrincesssPaigey, 2024-08-27 ### ***** "Commitment mode 👌" Set a price to keep me accountable & was finally able to stay off my phone! -- eferg10575, 2024-08-25 [View all Digital Detox ADHD AppBlocker reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Digital Detox ADHD AppBlocker Available In -
