Built on more than 10 years of research into digital distraction at the University of Oxford, Digital Habits: Blocker is designed to reduce impulsive screen use without taking control away from you.

Create and customise blocklists, choose when and how long to block apps and websites, and hold yourself accountable with tailored override difficulties.

• Block Websites: Instantly restrict distracting websites across browsers
• Block Apps: Temporarily restrict distracting apps while a block is active
• Allow mode: instead of blocking specific apps / websites, choose what you want to 'allow' and everything else gets restricted automatically
• Quick start: start simple blocking/allowing sessions in just a few clicks
• Custom Blocklists: Create multiple blocklists for different contexts — work, study, evenings, deep focus
• One-Off or Scheduled Blocks: Start a permanent or temporary block instantly, or choose when scheduled blocklists become active and how often they can repeat
• Visual Timeline: See your blocklists at a glance on a clear 24-hour timeline (larger screens only)
• Pause & Resume: Pause blocks when truly needed — and resume automatically
