## Digitale Hausapotheke Description
Mithilfe der Digitalen Hausapotheke verwalten Sie Ihren Medikamentenbestand einfach, übersichtlich und effektiv. Haben Sie immer im Blick welche Einnahmen als nächstes anstehen, was Sie bereits eingenommen haben und welche Medikamente zur Neige gehen, oder bald ablaufen. Erstellen Sie mit wenigen Klicks Ihren persönlichen Medikationsplan zur Vorlage bei Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker.

Die wichtigsten Funktionen:

EINFACH LOSLEGEN

Die Digitale Hausapotheke ist kostenlos und Sie können nach dem Download sofort loslegen. Für die Nutzung der App benötigen Sie kein Benutzerkonto und müssen auch keine persönlichen Daten angeben.  

MEDIKAMENTE SCANNEN

Scannen Sie neue Medikamente einfach über den Barcode auf der Packung. Die App erkennt automatisch um welches Medikament es sich handelt und hinterlegt alle relevanten Informationen für Sie. Natürlich können Sie auch individuelle Informationen wie Notizen oder Ablaufdaten manuell hinzufügen.

EINNAHMEERINNERUNGEN

Legen Sie für Ihre Medikamente entsprechende Einnahmepläne fest, um per PUSH-Benachrichtigung automatisch an die Einnahme erinnert zu werden. Kontrollieren Sie, welche Einnahmen Sie zu welchen Zeitpunkten getätigt haben, um Unsicherheiten zu vermeiden.

PERSÖNLICHEN MEDIKATIONSPLAN ERSTELLEN

Erstellen Sie mit ein paar Klicks anhand der gescannten Medikamente einfach Ihren individuellen und bundesweit einheitlichen Medikationsplan. Diesen können Sie anschließend Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker vorlegen, um so evt. Wechselwirkungen auszuschließen.

Ich nutze die App jetzt schon einige Jahre und kann sie jeden empfehlen der Medikamente nehmen muss. Sie erfüllt alles was man braucht , und erstellt auch einen Plan für den Arztbesuch was mir noch fehlt ist das der Arzt  den Qr Code nicht einlesen kann um die Medikamente zu übernehmen,  das hat leider bis jetzt bei keinem meiner Ärzte funktioniert aber sonst bekommt die App von mir 100 Punkte

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Keinen einzigen Barcode konnte man einscannen, jedes Mal kam der Fehler “Medikament nicht gefunden” und bei Manueller Eingabe konnte die App nich Mal Ibalgin finden. Also wenn selbst Basis Medikamente die App nicht kennt, ist es absoluter Schwachsinn. Spart euch das Runterladen.

Genaus das was ich als mäßig organisierte Familienmanagerin brauche. 
Das neuste Update mit den Medikamenteninformationen ist großartig. 

Ein zusätzliches Feld für den Aufbewahrungsort wäre perfekt, dann weiß ich nicht nur was ich habe, sondern auch, wo es ist (Kühlschrank, Badezimmer, Medikamentenkiste, …)

Tolles Programm, leider stürzt das Programm unter IOS 17.2.1 immer wieder ab. 
Ordnet man das Medikament einer Person zu, erscheint nur noch ein schwarzer Bildschirm und das Programm hängt sich auf.

Hallo,
früher funktionierte die App super. Leider bekomme ich seit einiger Zeit kein Benachrichtigung zur Einnahme meiner Medikamente mehr. Es ist alles korrekt eingestellt. Ansonsten ist die App super.

Eine tolle und nützliche App. Mir fehlt da aber noch die Auswahlmöglichkeit. Man kann zwar ein Profil wie Dauermedikament oder aktuelle eingeben aber die kann ich nicht aufrufen. Schade.

### ***** "Absturz mit IOS 12.5.6 - behoben mit 2.7.4"
Seid dem Update auf diese Version stürzt das Programm unter iOS 12.5.6 (iPhone 6 bzw. iPad Mini2) sofort ab. Auch löschen und neu installieren ändert am Verhalten nichts. Bitte Kompatibilität wieder herstellen. Hat bis zur vorherigen Version ohne Probleme funktioniert.
Mit der Version 2.7.4 ist das Problem gefixt. Alles funktioniert wieder. Super und Danke.
