On some pages some info is written over other info. Difficult to move in app. Will probably delete it without ever using. -- Westie Person, 2025-01-02 ### *---- "Love Dillards, hate this app" To browse items it just takes you to the website. Pretty pointless to make an app that does that. Also, to add anything to your wish list you have to reenter your password, and it bypasses Apple’s password autofill feature. So I have to get out of the Dillards app, go in my passwords app, retrieve the Dillards app password, then copy and paste it in. Again, this is every time I want to add something to the wish list. I’m having to change my password to something less secure just so I can remember it and not have to retrieve it. Silly. -- wargograw, 2024-12-31 ### ***** "Customer" I love Dillard’s merchandise. I have worked there and I have shopped there since it opened in my city. -- sanhnu, 2024-12-13 ### ***** "Dillard’s App" Works really well! -- Sammy Barbour, 2024-12-03 ### ***-- "Not that happy." I’m a big Dillards shopper. They have quality products. I mostly shop at the store. I don’t like the layout of the App. The App needs to be more like Amazon and Walmart and updated regular with reviews and more ideas to offer that’s close to what I’m looking for. -- Pinkberrystars, 2024-11-26 ### ***** "Dillard’s new cards" Confusing to change over to Citibank but I managed. Hope I can order successfully. -- JuneMarchApril, 2024-09-30 ### *---- "Hard to use" I love shopping at Dillards, but this app is not functional for shopping. Please re-vamp! I’m deleting this app. -- Sannettehag, 2024-09-05 ### *---- "Return Policies Need to be Updated" Awful return policies and the app is awful! I have a 10% off reward and am unable to use it on an online purchase. -- Lambie9219, 2024-08-30 ### ***** "Return and more purchases!!" Today I came to the store for an online return, I was assisted by Cesar in ladies shoes, excellent service along with the shoe department manager Naomi. After that I moved on to cosmetics, accessories and the mens department. Raquel, Karla , Paola and another young and very tall guy, who was very well presented on a black suit helped me on the mens sales floor, as always is good to visit the store and see all those familiar and new faces willing to go above and beyond to help. Thank you!!! -- Happy Dillard’s Costumer, 2024-08-13 ### *---- "Dillard’s ought to be ashamed" This “app” is basically worthless. If you want to look at things the app takes you to their website! I don’t need an app to do that. Everything is messed up on the app, words on top of other words or pictures. It’s like everything is thrown on a page and it lands wherever, just a jumbled mess. I hate saying all that because I love Dillard’s and I don’t usually do reviews, but this app is so bad I had to say something. -- BTFAaron, 2024-07-24 [View all Dillard's reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Dillard's Discovered Keywords - department stores - kors - chicos - ny and company - chico’s - wallet and more - dillard's - dillardsapp ## Apps Similar to Dillard's - [JCPenney – Shopping & Coupons](https://apptail.io/app/jcpenney-shopping-coupons-mJf/united-states) - [Rack Room Shoes](https://apptail.io/app/rack-room-shoes-Zyi/united-states) - [Neiman Marcus | Luxury Fashion](https://apptail.io/app/neiman-marcus-luxury-fashion-JIG/united-states) - [francesca's - Women's Boutique](https://apptail.io/app/francescas-womens-boutique-zJI/united-states) - [WHBM White House Black Market](https://apptail.io/app/whbm-white-house-black-market-GKI/united-states) - [Ralph Lauren: Luxury Shopping](https://apptail.io/app/ralph-lauren-luxury-shopping-vIM/united-states) - [Chico's - Women's Clothing](https://apptail.io/app/chicos-womens-clothing-YRO/united-states) - [At Home Stores](https://apptail.io/app/at-home-stores-aWO/united-states) - [Academy Sports + Outdoors](https://apptail.io/app/academy-sports-outdoors-TJP/united-states) - [Buckle - Find Your Style](https://apptail.io/app/buckle-find-your-style-owR/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
