The app is still not sorting coupons by newest. New coupons get added but the same one stays at the top until it expires. This has been an issue since beginning of the year.

There’s been about five occasions in the past six years, where I don’t get credited for clipping and using a digital coupon. Look at your receipt, while you’re still in the store.

This is bananas. I spend more time updating the app than using it

I use Dillon’s all the time. Though when I go to view my fuel points, it always says “an error has occurred, please try again later”. Why?

I cannot get to “pay in store” QR code or even see “pay at the pump” anymore. I am using the facial recognition to access that and it shows a check mark, but just sits at the pin entry screen. I tried using my pin but it won’t move forward from there either. I have tried so many times it’s telling me to change my pin. I can’t find a place to do that and “forgot your pin” won’t more forward either.

It seems like maybe the issues are FINALLY fixed. Time will tell if it will stick.

Why don’t you have basic isles, like Baking? Crazy! The app is being taken over by 36 packs that will be shipped by companies other than Kroger. This isn’t Amazon. I just want a single can of normal coconut pecan frosting. Not low sugar, gluten free, keto. This is nuts. I am disabled and this is the only way I can get my groceries, but the app makes it impossible. Time to take my business to Walmart.

The consistent log out problem has been fixed, but the coupon filters don’t stay.

This app went from a 5 star to a 1 star. Weeks have gone by and the bug in this app that prevents users from staying logged in has not been fixed. I use this app on an iPhone 14 and iPad. More recently the app even logs me out while using. UPDATED REVIEW: I changed my 1 star review to a 5. The app is now working as it should. It just took the developer way to long to find a solution to the problem.
