## DIM-Wallet Description
Die DIM-Wallet ist die mobile Applikation für die Angehörigen der Armee (AdA). Sie ermöglicht den AdA ihre persönlichen militärischen Dokumente offline und digital verfügbar zu haben. Mit der DIM-Wallet können sich die AdA vor, während und nach der dienstlichen Tätigkeit papierlos ausweisen.

Weiter ermöglicht die DIM- Wallet die Kontrolle der besagten Dokumente während den jeweiligen militärischen Aufgaben.

### *---- "Absolut sinnlose App"
Wie weltfremd ist denn die Idee Apps auf Smartphones in einer Organisation wie der Armee einzuführen, die teilweise an Orten arbeitet, an denen es keinen Mobilempfang gibt oder Smartphones schlicht verboten sind? Haben die Leute, die das entschieden auch mal selbst Militärdienst geleistet? Das gute alte DB war wenigstens krisentauglich. Die DIM-Wallet funktioniert nicht mal in normalen Zeiten  zufriedenstellend.
