I started getting pimples which I never had before and skin was so dull. Mary Kay was no longer working for my skin and came across this company/products and I gave it a try. OMG I am so glad I discovered DIME because it not only helped my changing skin but it also helped my perimenopausal skin. It’s been 1yr now since using DIME & I can’t go without it. Since also using DIME products, I only use tinted sunscreen and I am good to go. That’s how great my skin looks now. I only wish the facial cleanser bottles are not breakable because I’ve somehow managed to break 2 in the shower. Other than that I love all my DIME products. I really like the Dime products. My issue is with the process of checking out. It’s always something. Today it wouldn’t let me check out for the first several attempts because the “product protection” that is automatically added was “unavailable”. So it then kicked me back to my cart to try the whole process over again. Finally I started from the first page and boom, the items in my cart disappeared. So frustrating. So I quickly filled my cart again and checked out through the SHOP app for payment. After I selected pay, I realized the cart didn’t show my “free gift”. Ugh. Other times I have had issues trying to use my points to pay for the order. I don’t believe I have ever actually used them yet.
