## DIMO Mobile Description
Whether you use the app your car came with or have an older car that doesn’t have one, DIMO Mobile is the best way to manage your car. Connect your car with the app or pair it with DIMO hardware (like a smart home device for your car) and instantly connect and interact. With DIMO, you can access the DIMO Marketplace where you can book maintenance, track your car’s value, and understand its health. Plus, you can earn rewards.

Connect your car in minutes
For millions of drivers who already have a connected vehicle app and subscription (including Teslas), connecting their car is possible in minutes. Create an account, add your car, and the app will guide you on how to connect.

Collect your data
DIMO allows you to store a historical record of your vehicle data, which will become more and more useful for service appointments, transactions, and other services you might access with your car.

Earn DIMO
Every time you use a DIMO Marketplace partner in DIMO Mobile, you can earn DIMO rewards. It’s a simple way to get back some of what you spend on your car.

Protect your privacy
We value privacy, and we know our users do too. You can set privacy zones that obscure exact location data in the app easily and on a per-car basis, making the privacy settings highly customizable.

## DIMO Mobile Reviews in United States

### *---- "Garbage app"
I'm pretty sure these clowns are just selling your info and giving you worthless crypto as payment. Customer service is pretty much no existant.
-- Arcelyte, 2025-01-03

### *---- "Disappointed"
Was excited until I was not….. might as well be a scam to get you to buy a device as it won’t hook up to my Hondas app. Just says it’s having connectivity issues with Honda. Does not even allow a person to try. Only other way to hook up my car is buying an expensive device . So I call scam
-- dezzy2316, 2025-01-02

### **--- "Beware"
Everything started out well. I was able to get my car and DIMO hooked up, sent an email into customer support and boom. Everything was working great for months.
Then- the app and in app wallet was upgraded(if you’d like to call it an upgrade) This was a month of emails back and forth with customer support…asking me for my wallet address, asking if I was near a hotspot, asking to share a screenshot of my garage tab….. this has been going on for a month.

The latest was send me a screen shot of the devices serial number. Mind you we are a month in for troubleshooting.

The last month has been nothing short of infuriating with no answer in sight. As long as you can avoid this situation, I’d recommend. Just hope you don’t need support.
-- Dimo’d out, 2024-12-30

### *---- "Honda doesn’t connect"
Honda connection issues. What gives?
-- I dont want to pick a nickname, 2024-12-29

### ***** "Honda"
Project looks really cool I wish I could connect my Honda using the app but it says technical difficulties. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
-- Frostyface151, 2024-12-18

### *---- "Can’t load passkey"
Won’t load passkey.
-- Soccerdude71, 2024-12-18

### ***-- "App failed to create passkey"
I tried to use the app. When I get to the part where it asks to create a passkey, it fails to create it. I followed all the instructions, still doesn’t work. I am on the latest iOS as well for iPhone.
-- Walker of the Mojave, 2024-12-17

### *---- "Latest update made app unusable"
Latest update included major improvements and functionality to the wallet supposedly but my wallet won’t even load and it takes forever for even my vehicle to load. I get notifications about rewards but I can’t see rewards because the wallet won’t load.
-- Fightingsiouxfan86, 2024-12-09

### *---- "Rewards are gone"
I got in contact with customer support after I updated the app and migrated the account. Baseline rewards are not showing anymore since then. They responded a couple of emails and after I sent them the video recording they asked for, they completely stopped replying to the emails. My account is at 0 DIMO for a month. It's not showing on dimo app, not in MetaMask.
-- adrian3fer, 2024-12-09

### *---- "Keep getting an error signing up on the app"
I keep getting an error trying to sign up in the app and thought this idea is cool buts it’s useless if I can’t.
-- Crypto enthusiast 2, 2024-11-29
