App keeps getting crashed & dineout is not accepted at many restaurants

The dine out app shows 20% restaurant offer But when you reach the restaurant after booking through the app, the Server or manager do not admit to the offer. Then you hv to always hv to take it to higher person incharge . Then they reluctantly agree to allow you to pay through the app. Even after payment is successful, at Gajjali Parla mumbai , they made us wait for 10 mins for confirmation of the payment on their end . When it didn’t, then took our name and mobile number, we were looked upon as free loaders even after payment of bill .

Made booking for 15 persons for son’s birthday, while reaching to restaurant learnt that it is closed, phone number provided doesn’t exist, feeling helpless and embarrassed in front of friends while standing in road at 5.00 pm in hot day. The most interesting thing is that they have charged for it and i have not found any helpline number on app. While making efforts For 20-30 minutes booked directly another cafe for my son while searching online. This time not make any booking threw dineout next time will not use dineout as he has cheated me on time We can not imagine the embarrassment and helpless my son has to face on his birthday in front of friends and cousins

Very worst app i have ever seen.Do not install it .I had booked table,the app shows the table is booked and when we call the restaurant for confirmation they said dineout has not confirmed from the restaurant .If they are not sure for the confirmation they should not show it has been booked.Very disappointed!!!

It is with great disappointment that I have to tell you all that Swiggy Dineout bookings cannot be trusted . I had booked dinner at Raddisson Blu with a Client- Sr management from both organisations to discuss business .When we went to the restaurant we were denied entry stating that the restaurant is booked for a private event and cannot be allowed. This was such an embarrassment to me and my organisation which has a potential financial impact. Please be careful about bookings when it involves serious business. No where in the app it says that it is only for personal bookings. I spoke to the Raddisson Blu team , though being a member they did not do anything blaming it on Swiggy Dineout . This will be a lesson for the future . What is your suggestion .. do I file against them for the potential financial business loss .

I have tried multiple time via web and app. OTP is not getting delivered for registration on mail and mobile.

Chutiyaa app. Never download it

The value asked is mobile number and the error message you get is “enter a valid email address”. Some joke this app is.

This stupid app does not send OTP for number verification.

It was told that hdfc credit card will get more discount, I tried mapping my credit card twice. I got my money debited twice. Mapping was not done and If i go into that credit card details, it again shows to map the credit card. i dont know why this option is required if it isn't working. Worst!
