## Dion's Reviews in United States

### **--- "Glitchy"
I have to restart the App five times each time I attempt a Favorite of Repeat order. A first time order is slightly more successful.
-- laser702, 2025-08-23

### ****- "Ok"
We need an option to request chili peppers and cheese packets. I don’t know if that is possible even with computers.
-- PAULIEWALNUTS909, 2025-08-23

### ***-- "Works"
This app seems like basically their website. Works fine. App says Copyright 2017, and it kind of shows. I ordered a pizza and salad, no problem.
-- MrLosRanchos, 2025-07-31

### ****- "Unable to check out"
The app has been inoperable for the past week or two. I’m unable to view the cart to check out.
-- cerealrat, 2024-11-17

### **--- "Always have to log back in"
No Apple Pay and you always have to log back into the app. Seems like they refresh the app every week. Probably to hike up prices cause nothing on it has changed.
-- Pershonnel, 2024-08-03

### ****- "Opinion"
Can we get a “special instructions” option? The older people in the family don’t like their bread toasted when it comes to the sandwich’s. Even if not special instructions maybe a toasted/not toasted option. Tyvm

### ***-- "Love Dions but not the app"
I love Dions and the app is great EXCEPT for the fact that I have to log in every time I want to use it. Makes sense if it’s been a long time between ordering, but I order pretty often. Would love to see this glitch fixed.

### *---- "This app is pointless"
There are no additional features on this app that you can’t just do from the web browser. You download this app hoping to find some thing like easy way to edit payment history or seeing how busy a specific location is for pick up orders, but no. All your old cards that have expired no way to delete them or remove them they’re just there. When you live between two different locations and you want to see how busy one is versus the other for pick up orders there’s no easy way to see that either you have to change locations .Save the memory space and just order from the web browser.
-- Macho_Nacho, 2023-07-29

### ***-- "Apple Pay"
Can you allow us to pay with Apple Pay?
-- Elebario, 2023-05-27

### ****- "Suggestion"
I would like to make a suggestion. I frequently change store location depending on where I am in town. It would be a lot easier in the application to have a drop-down of the three closest locations to my location. Changing the location in the app as it is now is a little cumbersome. Just today I placed an order and thought I had changed the location but the order ended up at a different one. Had to drive across town to go get it.
