## Diplo Car Service Reviews in United States

### *---- "He was very rude in nasty"
He called my phone one time
I didn’t pick up
When I got into the vehicle
He ask did u see the phone call I said no
He proceeded to say y didn’t u pick up
In was very rude when I had 3 kids with me
-- Liveloverose, 2024-12-19

### *---- ":("

-- Modelo2828$, 2024-06-27

### *---- "Junk App"
It constantly closing the app. It also cancels my car service after I place an order for pickup. This app works when it feels like working. I’ve tried everything by shutting down the phone, removing and reinstalling the app.
-- suckmynuts45, 2024-06-13

### *---- "Choferes violentos."
-- Farrarillo, 2024-04-09

### *---- "Terrible"
You can call a taxi and be forced to wait 20+ minutes for a driver. Then when the driver do accept, they just cancel and now you're late with no way of getting to work.
-- Bouba360, 2024-04-03

### *---- "Waste of time"
Do not download this app if you plan on rushing. They take 20 minutes to find a driver then the driver be another 10 minutes away. Ridiculous!!!!
-- Pop8fs, 2024-03-22

### **--- "Riciculous"
Sometimes you wait forever and the car never comes, you are also not provided with the drivers information, and since the app is often freezing/not working appropriately, it will show you a time frame and sometimes the drivers don't bother to come. There should be a way for the customers to contact driver, it just makes zero sense as to why that's not an option.
-- Plcb89, 2023-11-16

### *---- "WORST CAB SERVICE EVER"
CARS STINK/DRIVERS DO
DRIVERS ON THE PHONE/SAFETY HAZARD
DRIVERS BUMP UP PRICES EVEN IF YOU PAY ON THE APP THEY WILL STILL MAKE UP PRICES
DISPATCH HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
USE LFYE OR UBER HIGHLY HIGHLY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS CAB SERVICE
-- Dorney Park, 2023-10-31

### ***** "Good job"
Great prices usually reliable
-- Doigy83, 2023-06-21
