Terrible app, terrible execution. Seems to just mysteriously change names every other year, I wonder why that is.

Impossible to find all doctors in your State. You MUST know the doctors name. Pathetic.

I started an account but couldn’t find a Dr only 2 were listed and both were not involved any more so I decided to delete my account so they wouldn’t charge my card well you can’t delete it or edit it or get your card and personal info off of it. I ended up deleting the app and info hoping that will prevent them from charging me! Really terrible app and program imo!

Have been waiting over a week now for the first response. Didn’t have insurance and needed medical help so I thought this app could help me out… I was wrong, I sent multiple doctors a message and haven’t gotten one response back in over a week.

Отвратительно. . Я позвонила доктору который говорит по-русски. . Меня отправили заполнять анкету в критическом состоянии . Я заполнила. Но прошло 48 часов и помощи я не плучила. Мне пришлось воспользоваться помощью 911.

This app is just awful… can’t delete card info, a whole week with no responses from doctors, can’t reset my password. Very pointless.

I download their app and used their telemedicine service. They rewarded me by endlessly sending ads to my email.

These people wasted 6 days of my time. I answered all 12 questions and was begging for help and they would respond only every other day with another question… worthless idiots

Closing a Dr’s account on a few hours notice due to greed, with no regard to sick patients is cruel and inhumane.

These lousy tech oligarchs gave my doctor one and a half hours to comply with an exorbitant fee increase. Can you imagine the evil intent on offering physicians a service and once all of their patients are on board, with no warning at all, raising their fees?? My doctor refused, because he would not pass the fee onto his patients. He was de-platformed. This doctor has committed his practice to helping Covid patients.
