Hallo, liebes, directbox-Tean! Ich möchte mal nachfragen, in welchem Zeitraum ich mit einer Antwort auf eine Support-Anfrage rechnen kann?  
Es geht immer noch um das Problem, beim Löschen einer Nachricht aus dem Posteingang, dass dann teilweise der nächste Eintrag nicht zu der Mail passt. Kann man auch daran erkennen, wenn man bei dieser Mail das Sternchen aktiviert. Dann wird das Sternchen bei einer anderen Mail aktiv. Des öfteren habe ich durch dieses Fehlverhalten eine Mail gelöscht, die ich behalten wollte. 

Also, gibt es mittlerweile eine Lösung?

did you ever consider to introduce 2FA as an additional security measure. This feature seems to be pretty common sense in other mail providers but still missing in your service.

Do you have any forecast for when it will be introduced?

Die App hängt sich wiederholt nach paar Sekunden auf und ist erst nach ca. 10 Sekunden wieder benutzbar, jedoch nicht für lange, nur für paar Sekunden, was die App komplett unbenutzbar macht.  (iPhone 12 aktuellstes OS und App)

Leider kommt man nicht an alle Mails ran. Es zeigt Mails nicht an, die länger zurück liegen. Leider zeigt es oft auch aktuelle Mails nicht an! Es ist ärgerlich, wenn man eine Mitteilung über eine neue Mail bekommt und diese dann nicht gleich laden kann!
