## Directly OnDemand Description
As an emerging leader in CX Automation, we’re helping companies deliver better customer service at scale, while also creating economic opportunity for people in the AI era.

How does it work?
Directly’s platform enables companies to put trusted, expert users (like yourself) at the heart of their AI support systems. These expert users help identify gaps in self-service content and are rewarded as they: create relevant support content that’s delivered to customers automatically, teach AI algorithms so they continuously improve, and resolve customer questions.

As an expert, you can use this app to:
* Access your personalized dashboard and view new questions
* Receive instant alerts for questions and reward updates
* View ratings of your responses

Please note: this app is for users who have been invited into a customer service program by companies working with Directly. For more information, visit www.directly.com.

## Directly OnDemand Reviews in United States

### **--- "Please fix the app to support paste links."
Need to copy and paste links to customers with more company policy and info and the app is not supporting PASTE the links. It’s really not working. PLEASE FIX! Thanks!

### *---- "Glorified website"
I love Directly, but this app is just is just like a tab in Safari, but glitchy. Directly needs to invest time in an app overhaul so the Experts can better help customers. And please bring it to iPad. Right now it’s useless on an iPad.

### *---- "Love Directly, hate app"
The app isn’t a “real” app. It is just a subpar mobile optimized website disguised as an app and doesn’t even fill my iPhone screen. Top and bottom are black. So much wasted space. Would be nice to get a real app developed for on the go questions.
