I have just started using it so I would like to rate it again when it’s fully operational however I haven’t had any issues so far

Hey developers! Please have a look into your app freezing on IOS. Once downloaded I’m unable to use the login screen. There is no functionality Here are my phone details IOS 17.5.1 Model iPhone 11 Your app version: The app version is 2.9.2

I just downloaded the app and it’s frozen It’s not working at all please help

I’m not happy

I’m always having problems with this app. I can’t login. Try to reset password but it doesn’t allow me. Can’t access my claims. I constantly have to uninstall and install for it to work

The app is NOT opening, how am I meant to access my policy and see what’s going on if the app won’t open? And there’s no way to login to a website on your laptop. It is ONLY the app which is very backwards

I almost gave up on this app, blaming the app for been frozen and not functioning at all. Then I tried a different phone (not iPhone) and the app works perfectly. I’d hoped to use my iPhone for this app, if it can be sorted for this problem ? please, that would be nice, 5 stars for the app itself, but 1 star if it not working on my iPhone 😁 fix please 🙏

I am so frustrated from a lack of assistance from Dischem-Kaelo. I have a sick 3 year old whose been coughing since May 2024, and have been put on various cough medication and antibiotics that didn’t improve his condition. He’s got a very dry cough, runny nose, fever in the middle of the night, he complains about pain in the head and neck but Dischem-Kaelo keeps saying it’s not an emergency. A GP gave us a referral but Dischem-Kaelo still refuses to cover even when I’m on a comprehensive MyHealth Plus cover. I wonder how bad he’s supposed to be to finally get further assistance from a specialist or hospital? Today he was sent back from daycare, and we were told not to take him back until he’s okay. How do we do this when we have jobs to go to? We tried the OPD at Arwyp Hospital and were turned back because Dischem-Kaelo says they need a diagnosis. Who is supposed to give a diagnosis if he can’t be seen by a specialist, because the GP’s letter is not proof enough that the child needs specialised assistance?

Guys, this App isn’t working and the messed up thing is you can’t get your card details otherwise. Please assist!

We are now limited to buy medication over the counter only click, we can’t use any pharmacy in Queenstown, I am so disappointed 😡
