Discipline Lock reads your Apple Workout. Your apps stay locked until every daily goal is verified. No "Ignore Limit". No settings bypass. Built for the Knower-Doer Gap — adults who've already tried 3+ blockers and disabled them all. — THE PROBLEM You downloaded Opal. Then one sec. Then ScreenZen. Each one worked for a week. Then you found the workaround at 11pm — and you knew you'd find it again. You tried the fitness-gated ones too. Pushscroll let you bank push-ups as currency, so a 60-rep morning paid for a midnight Instagram binge. Fitlock gave you three discrete modes. StepBloc counted the steps to your fridge. Willpower isn't your problem. Loopholes are. — HOW DISCIPLINE LOCK IS DIFFERENT We're not the first fitness-gated app blocker. Pushscroll, Fitlock, PushUp Time, and StepBloc got here first. Here's what only Discipline Lock does: 1. Apple Workout sessions as the only data source. Not step count. Not camera reps. Apple Watch records heart rate, GPS, and motion as a single attested session — the same data Apple's own Fitness app reads. 2. Atomic AND-lock. Every daily goal must complete before any app unlocks. No currency to bank. No "any one goal counts" shortcut. All goals or nothing. 3. Strictness 70%–100% on a continuous slider. Not three discrete modes. Start at 70% on day one. Ramp to 100% as your routine stabilizes. 4. Glassmorphic premium UI. The only design-led product in this category. 5. Weekly emergency override quota. Humane but finite. Use it on a real injury, not a craving. — HOW IT WORKS 1. Set your goals. Run, cycling, strength, yoga, HIIT — anything Apple Workout supports. 2. Choose what to lock. Instagram. TikTok. X. Reddit. YouTube. The apps that own your evenings. 3. Move. Open Apple Workout on your watch or iPhone. Train. 4. Apps unlock — but only if every goal closed. The lock opens when Apple Health confirms, not when you say you're done. — 30 DAYS FROM NOW A workout routine you didn't have to find motivation for. The phone gave you the motivation. 2+ hours a day back from the scroll. Mornings that start before your feed does. Sleep without the 1am thumb-swipe. — DISCIPLINE LOCK VS THE OTHERS vs Opal: Opal can be bypassed by toggling Screen Time access in Settings. Discipline Lock cannot. vs Pushscroll: Pushscroll uses earn-and-spend currency. Discipline Lock is an atomic gate — all goals close or nothing opens. vs Fitlock: Fitlock blends five data sources and three discrete modes. Discipline Lock uses one source done deeply and a continuous slider. vs StepBloc: StepBloc unlocks on any one goal using raw step count. Discipline Lock requires every goal using Apple Workout sessions. — PRICING 7-day free trial for new subscribers on Monthly and Yearly plans. Then: • Yearly $49.99 / year (best value — save 40% vs monthly) • Monthly $6.99 / month Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period. Cancel anytime in Settings. — PRIVACY Apple Health and Apple Workout data stays on your device. Workout-completion events release the lock locally. No analytics on health endpoints. — ABOUT Discipline Lock is built solo by Zicheng Wang, an indie developer who got tired of disabling his own app blockers. iOS 17+. Apple Watch optional but recommended. Discipline Lock is a workout-verified, atomic-multi-goal iOS app blocker that reads Apple Workout sessions and refuses to unlock until every daily goal is completed. Discipline Lock is for the Knower-Doer Gap — adults who already know what to do and just can't make themselves do it.
