-- riri_flower4, 2024-06-07

### *---- "Very bad experience 👎🏻"
Unfortunately it's the worst customer service ever, the app suddenly stopped working and all my data was lost , including my already purchased money box . No one from customer service is answering , even on what's app they are unhelpful and doesn't know anything. The app is totally unrecommended.
-- Perry Mm, 2024-02-06

### *---- "Fake application"
The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life, no money paid, I requested to redeem my balance 3 weeks ago, and I receive the same fixed reply “my account is under review” and I receive a reply to whats app message once every 10 days, really bad experience, not recommended at all 👎
-- Krm3rf, 2023-10-25

### *---- "It is a scam!"
They took my money and i couldnt redeem anything. Customer support are rude & arent answering my calls! When i bought a money box and reached the maximum amount to redeem they deduced 700 egp and removed receipts that ive uploaded that were already accepted. It is just a scam theyll take your money and wont give you your money back!! Just uninstalled the app.
-- Mariam.x, 2023-08-07

### *---- "Scam"
I have had the app for over a year and every time I reach the maximum amount to redeem they they deduct from the points and you can never redeem anything all you do is pay money for the app that has increased a number of times since I have had it. Customer service is bad, they don’t answer calls and through texts they give promises that never come true.
-- k_ahm2020, 2023-06-06

### *---- "Totally not recommended and useless!!"
They asked me to pay fees in order to get the cash back !!!!
-- Sue Refaat, 2023-03-08

### *---- "Broken App / Bad Support"
Each time i try to upload a receipt a blank image open up when i try to add the date kr number and it does not go away and i cannot proceed. Contacted the support: told that the issue will be solved at the end of the day TWICE !! and nothing changed. Bad and bugged app with really bad customer service.
-- yaam11, 2022-12-23

### *---- "Fake application"
I uploaded many recites within 3 months and till now there is no redeeming for my points ( I’ll requires to pay again to be able to redeem your points )
Fake application
