Poor customer service

Disappointed in this boutique, they don’t respond to your messages. I’m still Waiting on hearing about my tracking number, and I’ve wrote to them several times, I get nothing, no response back!!!

Terrible customer service and shipping

I start shopping with DD about seven months ago and they were good, fast shipping and would answer emails quickly. But as soon as they do a sale or they go to market, their customer service does not answer emails unless you scream at them on their LIVES and shipping just gets delayed for like 15-16 days. I hate complaining but they need to hire more people to handle the work. I know shipping is free but even if it was not it would still be bad.

I’ve deleted All my boutique apps except this one!! One of the few boutiques that doesn’t mark up the clothes x 4 lol they actually care abt their customers and are awesome 👏

I have been shopping with Discount Divas since 2019, and I LOVE IT. I have ordered so many pieces from them, i might as well throw a portion of my paycheck to them each pay period. Although it is online shopping, they always provide fit videos as well as measurements so you can decide what size will work best for you. Shipping is always quick. I love Maddy D! But the entire Diva’s team is a delight. Shop with them, you won’t be disappointed!

I started shopping with Discount Divas over a year ago!! My entire closet has transitioned to Discount Divas!! I love how easy it is to shop with all the live videos and live sales the girls do!! Maddy and Janel are great and very knowledgeable about size and fit!! Their customer service is as Maddie D would say chefs kiss!! Not to mention always free shipping is a major plus!! I will be a Discount Divas shopper for life!

I’ve never been more happy than I am when I tune in and see Maddy D and her bunch! I only wish I had a tenth of her energy. Clothes are responsibly priced and gorgeous. Everything they claim they are. Absolutely love shopping with them!

Best Customer Service

I buy almost all of my clothes here. There is nothing like having Maddy D & Samantha try on clothes on lives, telling you how everything fits and feels, without leaving the comfort of your home. The customer service is the best of any retailer I have ever worked with. Christine and Jennifer are the best! FREE SHIPPING ON EVERYTHING. The only thing I would write negatively, and I’m not going to remove a star for it because I love them so much is the way you have to return items that don’t fit. Occasionally you receive an item that you just don’t like or doesn’t fit in the way you hoped. I live locally to this business, so you would think I could just wrap up my item with the return form and drop it off maybe in a dropbox? at their office. Nope. you have to mail it back to them. So sometimes I will have a $14 shirt, and the most basic shipping cost $10 to send it back. I just end up keeping the clothes I don’t even like because it isn’t worth the $4 credit. There are no refunds, just store credit. That being said, if there was a real issue with your item, they are more than happy to refund you or send you a return label.
