I understand the need for security with medical data, I work in health, but forcing me to use FaceID when I choose not to use this function on my phone for privacy reasons .. esp when it’s also compulsory to set up a PIN number .. means no app for me -- DailyRail, 2024-12-06 ### ***-- "Awesome when works" Absolutely love it when it works, but the order buttons regularly disappear, especially when there is already an order in there. The frustration of opening the app to see no order buttons almost makes having it at all not worth it. I’ll give up soon if it’s not fixed. -- wfgwikbds hi nndy, 2024-10-27 ### *---- "Incorrect pharmacy" This app has always worked well until very recently and now only goes to my nearest pharmacy. I go to a different little further away to a larger town. No amount of signing in or logging out allows me to order my online scripts at the correct pharmacy -- Gagatherese, 2024-10-18 ### **--- "Won’t Delete" I like what the app does. However I have a script that won’t delete even though it has been dispensed. Feels like there are bugs in the App -- Hynd family, 2024-05-16 ### *---- "Camera function not work since update from 04/24" New update (04/24) still hasn’t addressed issue of app freezing when trying to take a photo of script in app. App still crashes every time. -- FYI from user of reds, 2024-04-19 ### ***-- "The App is Ok but needs some Work" Have used this app for a while but it’s still a bit buggy with random bugs popping up now and again. Today the Camera on my iOS version of the app is disabled. Uninstalled and reinstalled still no change. No problem last week. -- Notar2310, 2024-03-01 ### **--- "Freezes" Quite often freezes when uploading photos of new scripts, very frustrating, and I never receive notifications when my scripts are ready for collection. -- Zzzjoezzz, 2024-02-17 ### *---- "Too slow" Love the idea but app runs too slow between every page. -- 11kim, 2023-11-01 ### **--- "Good app, bad service" App works fine Pharmacy doesn’t realise order has been placed, so customer has to follow up. Platinum customer service doesn’t want to hear about issues, and provides app developer contact detail. -- Alby nick, 2023-08-28 ### *---- "Worst app that puts health at risk" Three times now the chemist wouldn’t dispense medication because this app just throws errors, despite me having 6 repeats left. It’s dangerous to people’s health that it directly stands in the way of people getting the medicine they’ve been prescribed. Ridiculous. Deleting immediately. -- Mel111111168, 2023-06-25 [View all Discount Drug Stores reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Discount Drug Stores Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Australia | Medical | #155 | ## Discount Drug Stores Discovered Keywords - pharmacy - terry white - discount chemist - mytwc - capital chemist --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
