Not very happy with the most recent customer service but love the card and savings account. Will continue to use but wish this was handled better. Automatic check writing: The bank automatically writes a check to the payee. 4. Build credit: Paying bills through my credit card helps me build credit. How it works: 1. I log in to my Discover Bank credit card account. 2. I navigate to the Bill Pay section. 3. I enter the payee's information and the amount I want to pay. 4. I choose the payment frequency: one-time bill pay or recurring monthly payments. 5. The bank verifies my bank account for sufficient funds to cover the payment. 6. The bank verifies my credit card account to ensure I can pay off the bill payment amount. 7. The bank automatically writes a check to the payee. 8. The transaction appears on my credit card statement. So I use Google’s extra secure passwords, so that finally gets done. I sign up for Amazon 5%. I try to use the card.. They deny it. It’s not activated.
