Application features:  
Discovery Health: Access your membership card, find a healthcare professional, submit and track your claims, get your tax certificate and more.

Discovery Vitality: See your Vitality points and status, track your Vitality Active Rewards goal and more.

Discovery Card:  View your transactions and balances, spend your Discovery Miles in store and more.

Discovery Insure:  Request emergency assistance, submit a claim, track your Vitalitydrive points and Active Rewards and more.

Discovery Life:  View your policy information including financial adviser details.

Discovery Invest:  View your portfolio (including fund balances) and request to have a document emailed to you.

Members on the following medical schemes will also have access to their scheme information: MMED, Naspers, LA Health, Tsogo, TFG, Quantum, Anglovaal, Retail Medical Scheme, UKZN, BMW, Malcor, Wits  & SAB .

User notes: 
The application is available for anyone to download, but you have to be a Discovery member with at least one active Discovery product and must register on the Discovery website (www.discovery.co.za) before you can log in on the Discovery app. You will use the same username and password for the app as for the Discovery website.  

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. This App reads / writes data from Apple’s Health App with your permission. Earn Vitality points for your workouts from the Health App.

Disappointing Attempt

App has good functionality but poor UX. Logs users out on a regular basis (is this supposed to make it more ‘secure’?), and often fails to load components within the app

Worst app and even worse website

I absolutely hate going onto the Discovery app or website for anything. It’s impossible to navigate and half of the links either don’t work or don’t take you to the right thing.

Unable to access the App

Have not been able to access the App lately, it loads forever without connecting 😒

App requires better updates

From black screens to active points not updating on time, the app has really become terrible to use over the last few months. The developers really need to fix whatever bugs there are.

Newest version compromised the login process

It doesn't matter how many times I reset my Discovery app to automatic login, it keeps asking me to login with my full Discovery username and password - it keeps resetting itself. Will you please rectify this? It takes so much time to login the long way every time.

Can’t claim rewards

I am so sick and tired of the app glitching and not allowing one to claim rewards! It is infuriating, especially as it happens far too often to be acceptable!

Fuel cash bac

In the last week I am unable to see my fuel cash back. All I get is a blank black screen. Have tried reloading the app but no change.

Poor UX and navigation structure

The app takes long to load content and often times out. The way the app is structured doesn’t make sense, making it difficult to find things. It’s also overloaded with Bank advertising, obscuring content relevant to me.

Not user friendly

This app should be an added value rather than a frustration

Cannot submit a claim

I keep getting an error with location when submitting a claim. Does not matter if I use gps or search the location it just gives an error when I try to then go next. Been like this for a long time.
