Please please fix the login / session process

You need to make your app work for humans. Do not expect me to stand in a store and blink slowly at my camera like an idiot when I want to check my balance, AND then just pop me back to the login screen. Look at how good the Safair app is, they put effort into making things easier for their customers. The banking side is great so far, just get better app developers.

Discovery Bank and Vitality gameplays - not happy

Ever since I’ve moved to discovery bank app I’ve been having issues with receiving my weekly gameplays, reported the issue in December 2023 and to this day it has not been resolved. When I follow up they tell me that even other Vitality members are experiencing the same problem, that’s not good enough. How can a simple app issue take 6 months and is still unresolved??? Now I have to manually request my plays every week. Do better Discovery Bank, I’m not pleased at all. When you send emails to inquire about these issues, no one responds but if you dare miss a payment of any kind then you receive a call from them.

Good app

I’m very happy with the app. You have your moments just like any other bank. The app is very user friendly. Kindly look at the following points. 1. Option to play the lotto and powerball. 2. Option to refresh balances when you’ve had the app open for some time.

In app authorisation does not work

I updated to the new version of discovery app and in app authorisation does not work. Tried calling the bank and it requires to verify via the app which defeats the purpose…now I’m stuck. General service in Discovery is getting worse

Unuserfriendly

Why can’t the developers use guidance from FNB App which is simple and super user friendly.

Unable to access the App

Have not been able to access the App lately, it loads forever without connecting 😒

Not impressed with the app

This is the 2nd week now and the app hangs and says loading but does not log in! Last week Sunday I had to uninstall and reinstall. Today on 23/05/2024 it is still hanging.🤬

Switching over was the best thing I ever did!

I can’t understand why there are bad reviews of this app - I find it so much easier to use than other banking apps. It does get a little slow at times, but other than that, it is great!

Very slow

App is quite slow compared to other bank apps which can be very frustrating. Take about 30 seconds just to logon and then is generally quite slow navigating within the app. I would have expected more from Discovery.

Beneficiaries

When I select a beneficiary and go to the payment page it brings up a random beneficiary. Not the one I selected. This has been a problem for over a year. It’s dangerous because I could easily pay into the wrong account.
