Do not use
App was very buggy and I purchased DishPal plus for a free trial but it charged me. When I contacted them they didn’t even respond!
Buggy app
Lots of bugs and UI glitches. Logging in with Apple also doesn’t work. Major bug fixes needed before this app can truly compete with Skip/UberEats/DoorDash.
Slow
There app is not that fast as compared to uber eats and skip. There delivery time is between 50 to 60 minutes which can be delivered in 30 mins.

Signed up after I see a “WELCOME” for 25% off ad. Used someone’s referral code, says I have “$15 in credits” but won’t add more than $3 to a order from my credits??? Than I tried adding the welcome coupon and it deletes the credits off my order for only another $3 off. So tell me what is 25% of $20?? Not $3. Lol didn’t order and deleted the app after I saw these scummy practices. I’ll stick with any other delivery app or jus drive my self over there 😂
This app is horrible
No customer service, driver delivered wrong order, food was so cold, we had to wait almost 1 hour and half to receive it. We tried to contact customer sopport via live chat (which is actually text message), nobody replied. We emailed them and told them order number but only got 1 response, in which they asked me my order number again ?!? In addition, it was impossible to provide correct address since the app doesn’t recognize it. I think this app has so many bugs. Will never support this app again!

App is inconsistent, missing menu items and inaccurate
The app is difficult to use. The menu is inaccurate with missing menu items and options. For example, It was only because the Oreo McFlurry was “popular” that I was able to order it. I couldn’t order any of the other mcflurries, sundaes or even a milkshake. The sweets and treats section has NO ice cream items and even the pictures are inaccurate. I go to look at the popular section today and the Oreo McFlurry is gone, so I can’t order it even thought I got it 2 days ago. I messaged support about this issue the day I noticed the items were missing and inaccurate. This was their response: “Thank you very much for contacting us and getting in touch with us, it seems our platform does not offer the ice cream offered at this merchant, which is why it may not be shown In any of the locations near you.” So, the merchant offers it…. But you are not forwarding this to technical support to get the menus items fixed ? You offer Dairy Queen, but you can’t add the ice cream options at McDonalds? Just doesn’t make any sense.
