After trying several food planning apps and finding that there was always something missing I nearly gave up.
Then I was diagnosed with pre diabetes and I went looking for a new app and found DishQuo!
This is the most comprehensive app imaginable.  The meals are quick and easy to prepare.  In a short amount of time I have been losing weight easily and steadily and my insulin sensitivity has greatly increased.
The ability to order the necessary food through the app and even have it delivered is fantastic.
The rewards are inspiring as well.
This app so smooth and fun to use.  It has made healthy eating fun and far more effortless than I ever thought it would be. 
It is also so inspiring to know that I can eat healthy, increase my sensitivity to insulin, lose weight while keeping my glucose low and have all this while still maintaining plenty of calories so I don’t feel hungry!
